Abstract

Di Era Kemajuan Perekonomian Digital untuk menjaga stabilitas keuangan, Generasi Millenial menyadari bahwa apa yang dilakukan masa kini akan berdampak pada masa depan mereka. Menabung menjadi salah satu pilihan dalam menjaga kestabilan keuangan dalam jangka pendek maupun Panjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, mengkaji dan memperoleh hasil bagaimana pengaruh pemahaman keuangan, pengendalian diri, pengaruh teman, motivasi menabung dan pendapatan terhadap tingkat budaya menabung secara parsial. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa di Universitas XYZ. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan Software IBM SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menujukan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pemahaman keuangan terhadap budaya menabung. (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengendalian diri terhadap budaya menabung. (3) terdapat pengaruh pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi menabung terhadap budaya menabung. (4) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pendapatan terhadap budaya menabung. (5) sedangkan pengaruh teman tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap budaya menabung di Bank digital. (6) nilai Adjusted R-Square sebesar 0,473 atau 47,3%.

Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic-related increase in savings served as the inspiration for this study. This is integral to the importance of financial education, financial inclusion, and financial literacy in motivating people to save. With the moderating variable of financial education that took place during the COVID-19 epidemic, this study seeks to understand the impact of financial inclusion and financial literacy on saving behavior. A questionnaire was used as the primary tool for gathering data. With the help of a sampling procedure, samples of up to 100 respondents were gathered. The data was processed using SmartPLS 3.0 and examined for convergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reliability, average variance extracted (AVE), collinearity statistics (VIF), cronbach's alpha, path coefficient test, coefficient determination, and hypothesis testing using bootstrap. The study's findings indicate that financial literacy has a positive and significant impact on saving behavior, financial inclusion has no such impact, financial literacy with the moderating variable of financial education has a positive and significant impact on saving behavior, financial inclusion with the moderating variable of financial education has a positive and significant impact on saving behavior, and financial education has a positive and significant impact on saving behavior.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of Profitability, Leverage, Firm Size and Related Party Transactions on Tax Avoidance with Earnings Management as a moderating variable. The population in this study were food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 – 2021. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling so that a total of 176 research samples were used in this study. The data analysis technique used in this study is panel data regression and moderated regression analysis. The results of the analysis show Related Party Transactions has a significant positive effect on Tax Avoidance, Profitability, Leverage, Firm Size have no effect on Tax Avoidance. Earnings Management as a moderating variable is able to moderate the effect of Profitability, Leverage, Firm Size, and Related Party Transactions on Tax Avoidance.%MCEPASTEBIN%

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Environmental Consciousness, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Ease of Use on the Decision to use E-Wallet in the Millennial Generation in Jakarta through their Attitude Toward Green. It is hoped that through this research, you can see the extent to which technology is utilized with the UTAUT Model and Millennial Generation Purchase Behavior in Jakarta in the use of digital technology in supporting green behavior attitudes. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. This research was conducted using the questionnaire method, conducted on 190 respondents. Quantitative analysis includes validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, coefficient of determination R2, F test, t-test and multiple regression analysis. The R2 value of 0.357 indicates that 35.7% of the achieved use decisions are indeed influenced by the independent variables used in this study. From these findings, we will determine the effect of Perceived Usefulness, Environmental Consciousness and Perceived Ease of Use on the Decision to Use E-Wallet with an Attitude Toward Green as an intervening variable in the millennial generation in the city of Jakarta so that later it will be able to contribute thoughts related to the study of attitude toward green or financial technology.

Abstract

Approaching 2020 the business competition is felt by all parties involved to be increasingly competitive. In this case, the Indonesian government, one of the countries that cannot avoid free trade in 2020. Government is realizes the importance of human resources readiness in order to create new entrepreneurs. To achieve this goal, Indonesia government is requiring an entrepreneurship-based curriculum to be applied in various public and private universities in Indonesia (PTN and PTS). The entrepreneurship-based curriculum is creating for student to learn the entrepreneurship theory and direct practice of making new business models. In the current business study, the entrepreneurs applied many good or bad strategies in order to be able to survive and maintain their business moreover to win business competition. All existing strategies were then republished in several studies and become study case in entrepreneurship management classes. The models give guidance for business player to be able to survive and gain profit in all possible ways or even makes the competitor lost its business. This study aims to understand the correlation of training behavior patterns towards selfdevelopment through the entrepreneurship-based curriculum. This research will use descriptive qualitative method combine with data collection techniques i.e. interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are: (a) The curriculum for entrepreneurship education affects the interests and motivations of entrepreneurship; (b) Entrepreneurship practice will form readiness and character of entrepreneurship.Persaingan usaha mendekati tahun 2020 dirasakan oleh semua pihak yang terlibat dirasakan semakin kompetitif. Pemerintah Indonesia dalam hal ini salah satu negara yang tidak bisa menghindari perdagangan bebas 2020 menyadari pentingnya kesiapan sumber daya manusia dalam menciptakan wirausahawan baru. Salah satu bentuk persiapan yang dilakukan Pemerintah Indonesiaadalah dengan mewajibkan mata kurikulum berbasis kewirausahaan diterapkan di berbagai PTN/PTS. Kurikulum tersebut meliputi pembelajaran secara teori dan praktik langsung pembuatan model bisnis baru. Pada pembelajaran yang ada para pelaku usaha melakukan banyak strategi yang baik maupun buruk agar dapat bisa bertahan dan kemudian memenangkan persaingan usaha. Segala strategi yang ada kemudian di publikasikan kembali dalam beberapa kajian yang dilanjutkan pada kelas-kelas manajemen kewirausahaan. Perilaku buruk yang dilakukan sebagian besar para wirausahaan yang ada saat ini merupakan cerminan dasar dari pola-pola yang ada sejak lama. Kemudian hal ini diajarkan kembali dalam bentuk kurikulum strategi bisnis dan kemudian hal ini berkembang menjadi pola buruk yang baru. Pola ini mengajarkan untuk dapat bertahan dan memperoleh keuntungan dengan segala cara yang dapat dilakukan termasuk cara membuat para pesaing yang ada untuk tutup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat korelasi pola perilaku pelatihan terhadap pengembangan diri melalui kurikulum kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (a) kurikulum pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap minat dan motivasi berwirausaha; (b) praktikum kewirausahaan membentuk kesiapan dan karakter kewirausahaan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilaksanakan ialah agar mengatahui maupun memahami strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia terkhusus pelatihan kerja dan motivasi kerja serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Jaya Abadi Granitama Bali. Hal tersebut mendapatkan model strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Organisasi bertanggung jawab untuk meningkatkan keahlian karyawannya untuk mencapai kompetensi, keunggulan, dedikasi yang tak tergoyahkan, dan kualifikasi yang lebih besar. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari seluruh personel yang bekerja di PT. Jaya Abadi Granitama Bali. Penelitian memakai teknik sampling jenuh sehingga didapatkan jumlah sampel 23 responden. Instrumen pengumpulan datanya berupa angket skala likert melalui pengujian ketat untuk memenuhi kriteria validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data memakai teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS 25 for Windows. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pelatihan kerja yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan karyawan disertai dengan pemberian motivasi kerja dalam bentuk reward atau bonus terbukti menghasilkan dampak yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan di PT. Jaya Abadi Granitama Bali.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the utilization of Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) and Double Exponential Smoothing (DES) techniques in predicting the number of new students at STABN Sriwijaya Tangerang. Additionally, the study aims to analyze the forecasted new student admissions for 2024 using the SES and DES methods. Lastly, the study seeks to identify the optimal value of the Constant error (α) for accurate forecasting.   The research methodology employed is applied research, utilizing a population of all historical data on new student admissions. The sample for analysis spans from 2013 to 2023 and was chosen using a purposive sampling procedure.   The research yielded the following results: (1) SES forecasting is conducted by determining the constants 0.1 and 0.9, followed by DES forecasting using the same constants. The forecasting methods are then evaluated using error metrics such as MAD, MSE, and MAPE. (2) Using the SES method, the forecasted number of new STABN Sriwijaya students for 2024 is 67 for an alpha value of 0.1 and 95 for an alpha value of 0.9.   The Double Exponential Smoothing (DES) method predicts that there will be 80 new students in 2024 when using an alpha value of 0.1. However, using an alpha value of 0.9, the forecasted number of new students is 76.   (3) The DES approach outperforms the SES method in terms of accuracy, yielding a MAPE result of 27%.

Abstract

MSMEs contribute 60.6% to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in Indonesia. However, on the other hand, the level of financial literacy and financial experience of MSME actors is still low, as well as the lack of access to financial institutions for this sector. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of financial access (X1), financial literacy (X2) and financial experience (X3) on the financial behavior (Y) of SMEs. The research data was tested using SPSS version 25, with the results of the study both partially using the T test and simultaneously using the F test there was a significant influence between the variables of financial access (X1), financial literacy (X2) and financial experience (X3) on financial behavior (X1) Y), the coefficient of determination in Adjusted R Square explains the magnitude of the influence of 72.8%, while the remaining 27.2% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the brand equity of Pos Indonesia. The researchers employed descriptive analysis techniques, including interval class ranges and data processing through means, range, and mean differences. This study employed a sample of 200 customers of Pos Indonesia in Jakarta. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires using Google Forms. The purpose of this research was to examine brand equity, specifically focusing on four dimensions: brand awareness, brand perceived quality, brand association, and loyalty. Brand refers to the unique identity and reputation of a product or company. Brand loyalty is the tendency of customers to choose and support a certain brand above others consistently. The descriptive analysis of the brand equity condition of the Pos Indonesia Main Branch Office yielded an overall mean score of 3.66. This score indicates that all consumers agreed in perceiving the company's brand equity. Starting from the highest, the brand association dimension reveals the outcomes of each level. The top dimensions of brand equity in the brand association dimension are brand association (3.86), perceived quality (3.81), and brand awareness (3.75). Customers perceive these three aspects as aligning with the three dimensions of brand equity. Additionally, brand loyalty, which scored 3.23, was perceived by customers as strongly indicating their loyalty towards Pos Indonesia. This research is constrained by the fact that it only includes postal users residing in the DKI Jakarta region. This research is expected to serve as a benchmark for future studies and offer valuable insights for organizations to shape their policies and explore alternative solutions.
