Abstract

Today, washing clothes is a separate problem for some people. This is because not a few people have very busy activities in their daily lives. Indirectly, they decided to use a laundry service which was considered fast and efficient due to the limited time they had. Self-service laundry service is a laundry service that has a customer service system that will wash their own clothes at the laundry in a short time. Self-service based methods have developed very rapidly in various business sectors. This study purpose is to determine the level of customer satisfaction and their level of loyalty to self-service-based laundry services. This study uses the SEM-PLS analysis method. Data is obtained through observation with business owners/supervisors in order to understand the patterns and mechanisms of implemented marketing communications. As well as distributing an online questionnaire based on The Flower of Service which was filled in by 302 respondents to understand the level of customer satisfaction. This study reveals that self-service-based laundry services are supported by optimizing business strategies, especially in digital-based integrated service marketing communications that have been carried out. The results of the study revealed that customers stated quite high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. This research contributes to the service marketing literature by revealing the perspectives of customer satisfaction and loyalty in self-service-based service businesses. There have been many studies conducted to discuss this laundry service business. However, there are no research findings regarding Self-service Optimization.

Abstract

MSMEs play an important role in the global economy, employing nearly 90% of the workforce and contributing nearly 50% of the world's gross domestic product. However, many MSMEs have difficulty finding and retaining repeat customers, which is one of the main challenges for small businesses. This study aims to find out how customer data can be used to improve marketing strategies and meet customer needs and preferences more effectively. This research also aims to provide solutions and recommendations for MSMEs to improve their marketing through personalizing the experience for their customers. This study uses the SEM-PLS method with a quantitative approach. The population is taken from SMEs operating in the city of Semarang. 100 Samples are determined through Quota Sampling. Personalized marketing involves using customer data to customize the customer experience, which can create a closer relationship between customers and MSMEs. This research is still limited to the effectiveness of Personalized Marketing on customer loyalty in MSMEs. There have been many studies that discuss MSME customer loyalty with the marketing communication method. However, there are not many studies that specifically discuss personalized marketing for MSMEs.

Abstract

pada pasal 16 konvensi perserikatan bangsa-bangsa (pbb), atau konvensi perserikatan bangsa-bangsa tentang hak-hak anak (uncrc) yang biasa disebut konvensi hak-hak anak bangsa-bangsa, menggarisbawahi hak setiap anak atas privasi dan terhadap perlindungan melanggar privasi terkait rumah, keluarga, komunikasi, dan nama baik mereka. Privasi anak, terutama dalam hal data pribadi, memerlukan batasan yang tegas. Perkembangan digital saat ini mempengaruhi pola pengasuhan dan pemikiran anak-anak dengan potensi dampak negatif. Anak-anak dapat menjadi sasaran di dunia digital. Data pribadi anak sering digunakan hingga mereka mandiri. Penelitian ini, menggunakan metode hukum normatif, bertujuan untuk menganalisis peraturan-peraturan terkait perlindungan data pribadi anak di era digital. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pembaharuan dalam peraturan perundang-undangan yang mengatur data pribadi anak untuk menjaga hak privasi mereka sesuai dengan uncrc.
