Abstract

SMKN 1 Campaka carries out secondary level vocational education in Campaka, Cianjur Regency, regional secondary education institutions with all their problems are required to produce standard products (alumni) that are even able to be accepted and compete in the world of work with City Vocational Schools that are modern and good in providing advice, for the sake of Responding to challenges and beliefs in educating prospective alumni, SMKN 1 Campaka collaborates with various parties to improve quality alumni, a series of work skills training activities was held in collaboration with servants from UNPI Cianjur and Ghippams Academy, where a series of activities included training and competency tests, UNPI Cianjur provided resource persons for training and competency tests carried out by TUK Ghippams Academy from Cianjur, The practical learning method in this service has proven to be good, the training participants are able to absorb all the material presented and in the final questionnaire on understanding the training material 100% of the training participants can accept the material presented and consider it very good and useful to hold the training, able assist the implementation of the competency test carried out.

Abstract

Pelatihan ini dilakukan sebagai jawaban atas tantangan bahwa penyumbang terbesar pencari kerja adalah SMK, SMKN 1 Cilaku bersama pengabdi dari UNPI Cianjur dan Relasi, melakukan pelatihan yang merupakan rangkaian dari kegiatan Program pembekalan kecakapan kerja (PKK) yang mana pada akhir kegiatan akan dilakukan Uji Kompetensi (Ujikom), sehingga untuk mempersiapkan supaya lebih baik dilakukan pelatihan yang komprehensip. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan PkM ini mengaplikasikan Pre dan Pos Tes, agar hasil pengabdian diperoleh hasil yang baik, tujuannya tentu kegiatan pelatihan dapat terlaksana secara procedural benar sesuai (SOP) pengabdian UNPI Cianjur. Hasilnya pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) telah membuat Siswa SMKN 1 Cilaku memahami lebih baik lagi terhadap aplikasi atau software desain 2D menggunakan autocad, dari hasil pelatihan 90% siswa para peserta pelatihan mampu memahami materi dan mampu menyelesaikan pelatihan dan studi kasus desain yang diberikan dan hanya 10% saja yang tidak mendapat nilai 100%, tetapi mereka dari hasil pos tes diketahui tetap mampu membuat gambar 2D sama baiknya dengan yang memiliki nilai 100%. Berdasarkan pengalaman pengabdian ini maka pengabdi merekomendasikan untuk dilakukan pengabdian secara rutin oleh civitas UNPI Cianjur.

Abstract

The importance of a computerized system will save more time in managing ongoing business processes and produce accuracy in presenting data or reports to government institutions. The Cianjur Education, Youth, Sports Office requires a data management system for primary and secondary school supervision, namely an Information System that can be used by supervisors to take an inventory of data, including recording, storing, and reporting data from primary and secondary schools. With the information system, the Education, Youth, and Sports Office of Cianjur Regency can see information from schools quickly, precisely, and accurately. Data collection techniques in this study include observation, interviews and documentation. While the research method used is the waterfall method with stages, Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction, Deployment, Testing. The results of this study are in the form of an analysis design for primary and secondary school supervision information systems using UML design tools, as well as the results of testing the system with the EUCS method.

Abstract

Higher education is an institution that has various sections and work units that work together in carrying out the Tri Dharma principles, namely research, learning and service, which are able to accommodate large amounts of data, both in conventional and digital forms. digitally it is called a repository, college x in Pagar Alam, South Sumatra does not yet have a repository, so a feasibility study must be carried out which can later become a forum for suggestions. Before the repository is developed, a feasibility study must be carried out so that the development can be carried out properly. This feasibility study is first carried out through the management life cycle, where this research includes survey method re- search. This research produces data from an infrastructure feasibility study in building a repository for Higher Education x in Pagar Alam, South Sumatra, which is 80%, this percentage is obtained from infrastructure feasibility 40%, HR 10%, Budget 0%, SPMI (SOP/SK) of 10 %, and 20% repository content. The things that need to be fixed are the availability and addition of IT infrastructure, software, additional rules (SOP), and procedures for submitting and uploading data.
