Abstract

In the middle of the city is really hard to find a touristattraction based on nature because usually the city is full of buildings. However, it is not impossible to build a touristattraction in a city. Nowadays, there are many buildings that being used as touristattraction based on rooftop restaurant andbar. This phenomenon is not only happened in Indonesia, but also becoming urban tourism trend in theworld. The data for this observation is collected by doing an observation, in-depth interview with the informants, and researching on archive collectionsabout rooftop restaurant andbar. The informants were determined based on purposive sampling, where the informants were selected based on certain specification. The informants of this observation are The Cloud Lounge & Dining Jakarta’smanager, SKYE Bar & Restaurant’smanager, and Henshin’ssupervisor. The result of this observation are touristattraction in those rooftop restaurants andbars, and the development on each of the rooftop restaurantsandbarsevery years. The development on rooftop restaurant andbar were analyzed by using fishbone analysis to see the impact of the changes on each rooftop restaurantsandbars. Abstract

Lebih beach tourism area isacoastal protectionareas in Gianyar Subdistrict. The main problem istheabrasion that occurs along the coastline and damage the naturalness of the beach. Therefore, Gianyar regency government set more coastal tourism area as a priority and certain area,that must be maintained and preserved its existence as a tourism area in Bali. This study aims to determine the planning of tourism area in Lebih Beach to development the priority coast of the tourism area,so it can beworth visiting both in the form of physical and non physical assistance. This research is important to do because the destruction of this coastal environment will determine the sustainability of tourism in Lebih Beach.The research methodology used in this research is mix method, with data source in the form of secondary and primary data.The data collection techniques used in the form are observation, interviews and qualitative documents. After collecting process, the data analyzed descriptively. The results show that planning for development of the area in Lebih Beach requires several thing, such as direction of the function area, spatial direction, facilities and utilities plan, transportatation plan, indication of priority area program, and activity development plan. Therefore, the participant of every stakeholder is needed for the development planning tourism area to success. Keywords: Planning, Tourism Area, Lebih Beach

Abstract

The study aims to determine Development Strategy the potency of the Tunda Island as a tourist attraction in the Serang Regency, Banten Province. How the development of appropriate strategy to overcome obstacles in the development of Tunda Island Coast region as a Marine Tourism attraction in Serang Regency, Banten Province. This study was conducted to determine the Tunda Island as a marine tourism destination Serang Regency were reviewed by using SWOT analysis. This study uses quialitative research methods with data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results of the research carried out that Pulau Tunda as a marine tourism attraction in Serang Regency has the power in the form of underwater natural potential that is different from other islands in Serang Regency, besides Tunda Island has a considerable opportunity for increasing tourism needs and locations that tend to strategic. However, Pulau Tunda has weaknesses in the quality of human resources as well as low tourism support facilities and garbage that has not been managed properly. Meanwhile the threat faced by Tunda Island is currently the operation of sand miners and the lack of attention from the local government. Keywords: Development Strategy, Tunda Island, Marine Tourism

Abstract

ABSTRAK The government activity has development in every year. The development has side effect is about tourism development such as developing villa in Bali. One of villa has increase development at kerobokan kelod. Instrument used 30 sample of villa. This research is about development of villa and water utilization in that villa. Types of data and data sources used qualitative data that is taken from primary data and secondary data. Data collection by doing observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, literature study, and research instruments such as interview guides. The analysis of data using qualitative data analysis that is clearly presented findings based on the problems studied by accurate data source. Informant sampling used two methods are purposive sampling and survey. total sample informant using is 30 villa in kerobokan kelod village. Survey method used to know about the villa and to knowing how many water does the villa need. After that do the anal using quantitative description.

Abstract

This research discusses about Participation of Local Community in the Management of Tourist Attraction of Pandawa Beach at the Customary Village of Kutuh. The research aims to discuss the potential of tourist attraction of Pandawa beach, which has been developed by the authorized management, as well as the participation of local community of Kutuh customary village. Further, the management of tourist attraction of Pandawa Beach is described according to five elements: tourism industry and typology of participation and characteristic of the community. Method used is descriptive qualitative. Data was collected by way of observation, structured interview, literature study and documentation. Later data was analyzed with informant setting technique and purpose sampling technique. Based on the result of discussion can be suggested that local community participation in the management of tourist attraction of Pandawa beach namely the provision of qualifies natural resources, recruitment of employess for tourist attraction of Pandawa beach preferring local population to increase the economy of community of Kutuh customary village. Abstract

Hamadi beach is one of the leading tourist attractions located right in the Hamadi village and has become a top priority for visitors to the Capital of Papua Province every weekend, especially on Saturdays / Sundays and other holidays with the main purpose for recreation. However on the other hand its lack of tourism infrastructure dan substructure, due to unopotimal management system. The objectives of this study are (1) to determine the condition of tourism infrasubstructure and substrucutre in Hamadi Jayapura, Papua, (2) to determine the needs of visitors for tourism infrastructure and substructure that need to be provided in the tourist attraction of Hamadi Beach, Jayapura, Papua.The types of data used in this study are qualitative and quantitative data. Sources of data used in this study include primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques carried out by observation, interviews, library research, questionnaires, and documentation. Sample determination is obtained by quota sampling and analyzed using qualitative descriptive statistical analysis using a Likert Scale measurement tool and Importance Performance Analysis. The results showed that, Hamadi beach is still lack of tourism tourism tourism infrastructure. Visitors also need infrastructure and substructure to be provided ini the tourism attraction site area, security posts, accommodation, souvenir shops, rest area, children play ground etc. Keywords Tourist Attraction, Visitors Needs, Tourism Infrastructure and Substructure

Abstract

The Village of Jugutbatu has mangrove forest which is used as a tourist attraction. Mangrove forest itself has a function to minimize abrasion and tidal wave. Utilization of the attraction is inseparable from the participation of Jungutbatu villagers so this study aims to see the form of participation of Jungutbatu villagers in mangrove tour This research uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. This research uses qualitative data. Data source used is primary and secondary data source. Data analysis techniques in the form of narrative data exposure Tourist attraction in newly discovered mangrove forest. Then the community began to plunge into the field of tourism by estabilishing mangrove tour organization sari segara serving mangrove tour services and making various tourism services such as restaurants, souvenirs, and alternative services around mangrove forests such as canoes, and standard paddle. Abstract

Virus Covid-19 secara resmi diumumkan oleh World Health Organization (WHO) sebagai pandemi pada Maret 2020. Virus ini sangat mempengaruhi berbagai sektor salah satunya adalah sektor pariwisata. Adanya virus Covid-19 ini membuat pariwisata tidak dapat berjalan dengan seharusnya karena wisatawan tidak dapat bepergian dan beberapa destinasi wisata juga harus terpaksa tutup. Hal ini dilakukan untuk menghindari adanya penyebaran virus Covid-19. Bali merupakan salah satu provinsi di Indonesia yang paling banyak dikunjungi oleh wisatawan mancanegara. Adanya virus Covid-19 ini sangat mempengaruhi jumlah wisatawan yang datang ke Bali berkurang sebanyak 74,18%. Berkurangnya wisatawan yang datang ke Bali sangat berpengaruh terhadap destinasi wisata yang ada di Bali. Salah satu destinasi wisata di Bali yang terkena dampak dari adanya virus Covid-19 adalah Bali Bird Park. Adanya virus Covid-19 ini membuat Bali Bird Park harus memiliki strategi pemasaran yang berbeda dari sebelumnya untuk menarik wisatawan. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini hendak mengidentifikasi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh Bali Bird Park pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data observasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dalam penanganan virus Covid-19 ini Bali Bird Park menerapkan CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability). Hal ini diterapkan untuk meningkatkan rasa aman dan nyaman bagi para wisatawan yang datang ke Bali Bird Park. Selain itu, Bali Bird Park juga menyusun strategi pemasaran baru untuk menangani situasi pariwisata ditengah pandemi. Strategi pemasaran yang baru ini dilakukan dengan segmenting untuk generasi z, targeting ke wisatawan domestik Bali, dan menurunkan positioning harga.

Abstract

Background: The debate about tourism science has entered a new chapter with the Declaration of Tourism Science on August 24, 2006 in Jakarta which states that based on various studies, tourism has met the requirements as a science based on the philosophy of science. Tourism has now developed into a subject of knowledge that deserves to be discussed scientifically to produce scientific knowledge (science). Purpose: the purpose of compiling study materials related to the existing science in the Tourism Study Program and determining the positioning of the study program compared to study programs related to existing tourism. This research is a follow-up to the determination of the nomenclature of tourism study programs in 2017 and 2019. Method: This research is located in a number of tourism destinations that have experienced different developments at each stage. The research will be conducted in the area of Bali Province as a tourist destination that has experienced a stage of development Results:. The development of teaching materials needs to be carried out systematically based on interrelated steps to produce useful teaching materials. Tourism in Indonesia has existed since the Dutch colonial era precisely since 1910-1920 with the issuance of a decree of the Dutch Governor General named VTV (Vereneiging Touristen Verker) the start of travel activities to the Dutch East Indies (Indonesia- present). The Field of Tourism Work according to the standard classification of Indonesian business fields (KLBI) in 2020 is included in the group of arts, entertainment and recreation. In general, the Decree of the Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia Number 257 / M / KPT / 2017 concerning the Name of the Study Program in Higher Education, study programs related to tourism are included in the group of applied science clusters. The scope of the study refers to tourism development efforts consisting of the development of tourism destinations, industrial development, marketing development and tourism institutional development. Related to the application of the scope of tourism studies, it is generally divided into 2 fields of education, namely vocational education and academic education. Conclusion : The scope of what study materials are used in learning tourism science in existing conditions is more about tourism planning, tourist trips and management of accommodation and restaurants. Tourism science consists of 3 main groups, namely policies, territories and tourism businesses. The scope is more about how tourists, local communities and tourist activities are carried out

Abstract

The authentic characteristic of a village becomes the main tourism attraction that can be offered to tourists. Alternative tourism products are needed that can provide impetus for sustainable rural development and have management principles. Candi Kuning Village, which is part of the National Tourism Strategic Area, is one of the villages that is still able to survive in carrying out tourism services during the Covid 19 pandemic. This study aims to formulate a Master Plan as well as infrastructure development programs and other strategic infrastructures that are integrated between sectors, between spaces and between activities in one village area. The method used in this study uses a planning method consisting of a scoring method presented in the competitor matrix, a qualitative method for formulating an activity structure and SWOT. The results of the competitor matrix analysis show that the main competitors are Lake Buyan, tourist accommodation in the area, Agro Tourism and Culinary Tourism. The planning of the activity center is designed to be divided into 4 activity centers. The activity development plan in Candi Kuning Village consists of activities oriented to lake views, forest view orientation activities, development of local products (culinary and agro), utilization of community agricultural areas, environmental-based attractions and artificial attractions. The facilities developed are more for the appearance of the village, especially at the village border and activity center. This master plan is expected to strengthen the appearance of the village, increase tourism networks, increase the variety of income and self-motivation of the community in tourism services by local organizations.
