Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of understanding accounting and the use of accounting information systems on increasing productivity at PT. Sawitindo Jambi products. Design/Methodology/Approach: The research method used is descriptive quantitative analysis with primary data through surveys, multiple linear regression analysis tools. Findings: The results showed that simultaneously showed that the variables of accounting understanding and accounting system utilization together had a positive and significant effect on increasing productivity at PT. Sawitindo Jambi products. while partially showing that the variable of accounting understanding has a positive and significant effect on increasing the productivity of PT. Sawitindo Jambi products. and the variable of accounting system utilization has a positive and significant effect on increasing productivity at PT. Sawitindo Jambi products. Research Implications: The implication of the research results is that the company should conduct a review of the understanding of accounting and the use of AIS in making financial reports so that the productivity of the company's financial statements can continue to be improved.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of Inflation, Non Performing Financing (NPF) on Operational Costs on Operating Income (BOPO) on the profitability of Islamic Commercial Bank in Indonesia. Profitability in this case is indicated by Return On Assets (ROA). The sample in this study was determined using the purposive sampling method, namely the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations. with a number of samples that meet the criteria of seven Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia with an observation period from 2016 to 2020. The analysis technique used in this study uses panel data regression with the aim of obtaining a comprehensive picture of the relationship between variables. Based on the results of this study, it shows that partially Inflation has a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA), Non Performing Financing has no significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA) and Operational Costs on Operating Income (BOPO) has a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA). Meanwhile, simultaneously Inflation, Non Performing Financing (NPF) and Operational Costs on Operating Income (BOPO) have a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA).

Abstract

This research is based on the movement of Return on Assets (ROA) at PT BTPN Syariah Tbk. which experienced a variable movement between 2018 and 2022. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the ratios of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Operating Expenses and Operating Income (BOPO) which are independent variables in this study. Return on Assets (ROA) which is the dependent variable at PT BTPN Syariah Tbk. The research method used is a quantitative technique using a purposive sampling technique. The type of data used is basic data using the documentary data collection method resulting from the use of quarterly financial report data published on the official website of PT BTPN Syariah Tbk. The results of this study indicate that CAR, NPF, simultaneously have no significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA), while BOPO has a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA), with a significance of 0.164 < ? 0.05 and a calculated t value of -1.458 which shows a negative direction, then NPF has a significance value of 0.681 > ? 0.05 and a calculated t value of -0.419 which indicates a negative direction and BOPO has a significant negative effect on ROA with a significance value of 0.000 BOPO < ? 0.05 and a calculated t value of -0.544 indicates a negative direction. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test, it shows that as much as 67% of the variation in ROA which can be explained by variations of the three independent or independent variables, namely CAR, NPF and BOPO simultaneously, 33% is explained by other causes outside the model which are the contributions of other independent variables outside three variables.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the marketing strategy used by Minang restaurants, Alam Barajo District, Jambi City, an Islamic review of the marketing strategies used by Minang restaurants, Alam Barajo District, Jambi City, and how to develop Minang restaurants in Alam Barajo District, Jambi City so that they remain exist. This research is a qualitative type. The object of this research is a Minang restaurant located in Alam Barajo District, Jambi City. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data were obtained directly from respondents, totaling 15 Minang restaurants by conducting data analysis methods, namely observation, interviews and personal documentation, then the data was processed using data processing techniques. The results showed that: The marketing strategy carried out by Minang restaurants in Alam Barajo District, Jambi City used an average of 4p, namely place, product, price promotion. The Islamic Economic Review of the marketing strategy carried out by Minang restaurants in Jambi City District can be concluded, that Minang restaurants are in accordance with an Islamic perspective on average carrying out marketing strategies by setting prices, providing the best quality products, Minang restaurants are one of the a creative business that is superior because of the unique taste and use of a variety of native Indonesian spices that are difficult to imitate by other food products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of office facilities and work motivation on the performance of village officials in Sumay District, Tebo Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with data collection methods obtained from primary and secondary data, the population in this study were village officials in Kec. Sumay, Tebo Regency. The sample in this study used a simple experimental technique in small numbers to determine the effect of office facilities and work motivation on the performance of village officials in Sumay District, Tebo Regency. The results of this study indicate that the office facilities variable has an influence on the performance of village officials with a significance level of 0.000 > 0.005, then the work motivation variable also has an influence on the performance of village officials with a significance level of 0.000 > 0.005.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was conducted to examine three issues, namely: (1) Business development strategy for Purnama Raya H. Salsabila Restaurant Lebak Bandung Jelutung,(2) Obstacles faced by Purnama Raya H. Salsabila Lebak Restaurant Bandung Jelutung, (3) Islamic economic view towards the business development strategy of Purnama Raya H. Salsabila Restaurant, Lebak Bandung Jelutung. To reveal these three issues in depth and comprehensively, the authors used a field research method with a qualitative approach with primary and secondary data sources by interviewing 10 people, namely the restaurant and consumers. From the results of this study it can be concluded that: Padang Surya Restaurant in the city of Mukomuko has implemented a business development strategy, namely the strategy includes: product strategy, price strategy and sales strategy. Islamic Economic Review of the business of Purnama Raya H. Salsabila Restaurant, Lebak Bandung Jelutung, is appropriate with Islamic principles.

Abstract

This research is a research on the Strategy of collecting zakat using the barcode system. This research is to obtain information about the Implementation of Zakat Collection Using a QR code (Barcode) at the Jami Al-Muhajirin Alhamdullilah Mosque. Specifically at our Jami Al Muhajirin mosque, there are two methods of receiving zakat fitrah And the first zakat mal method uses a manual system in general where we notify the announcement then after that the people come directly to the mosque to pay zakat in the chronology (implementation) of payment of this method there is a problem In receiving zakat the problem is the range in paying zakat which is only only close people can pay zakat at the Jami Al-Muhajirin mosque Then our second method, we use a digital zakat system in general in implementing transactions using digital zakat we provide applications or use third parties to help us in receiving z At the mosque we use a barcode system where after the barcode is used through the scan me application, the community is directly directed to our account so that the community can pay zakat directly through the account we have provided.

Abstract

Since sharia-based marketing is one of the marketing methods based on the Quranand the Prophet SAW's Sunnah, it occupies a strategic position since it is marketing that is not just profit-oriented but also contains worship values. The following are the issues with this study, according to the author: Instagram @agrowisata_nanas can aid all business operations, starting from online promotion and marketing, inorder to enhance household income in Tangkit Baru Village. Instagram@agrowisata_nanas can promote products made by people of Tangkit BaruVillage. The goal of this study is to determine the impact of using Instagram@agrowisata_nanas on the local economy in Tangkit Baru Village, Sungai GelamDistrict, Muaro Jambi Regency and to determine the effectiveness of sharia-basedmarketing on Instagram @agrowisata_nanas in promoting local resident’sproducts. In qualitative research, sample selection is done both before and duringthe study process (Emergent Sampling Design). The idea is that the researcherselects a certain subject who is thought to supply the data required, and then theresearcher can identify additional samples under consideration will provide morecomplete data based on the data or information gained from the previous sample.The term "Serial Selection of Sample Units" refers to this procedure. Five business actors and Hendra Kurniawan, the administrator of the Instagramaccount @agrowisata_nanas, will serve as the research's informants. The@agrowisata_nanas admin promotes the products of these five individuals on theaccount. This study used a qualitative methodology. Using Nuruh Huda's (2017)theory of product, price, communication, community, and distribution as well asthe AIDA model using Ramadan and Fatchiya's (2021) theory of attention, interest, desire, and action, the results demonstrated the efficacy of using Instagram as apromotional medium in Tangkit Baru Village, Sungai Gelam District, Muaro Jambi Regency.
