Abstract

The research objective is to describe the concept of counseling in Islam. Research method with descriptive qualitative through heritage study approach. Data collection techniques with documentation studies and data processing with education, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of research on the concept of extension in Islam are with; 1) pre-counseling, during the pre-counseling stage that is carried out by determining targets/mad'u, determining language style, style of appearance, counseling material, counseling methods, counseling media and preparing mentally. 2) The counseling process, during the counseling process, is carried out by applying what has been determined in the pre-counseling, greeting mad'u with a gentle greeting or greeting, reassuring the heart with intentions, and carrying out counseling starting with a prayer and delivering material interspersed with humor without forcing mad'u. 3). Post counseling is to evaluate by assessing whether the activities are in accordance with the pre-counseling, and find feedback from the target.

Abstract

In the adolescent stage a person will experience emotional development, namely high emotional development. Teenagers as one of the phases in human life are required to fulfill their duties in choosing a career and determining a career. This study aims to determine the emotional maturity of students and career decision-making abilities of class XII IPA 2 students at MA Al-Mardliyyah. The approach taken in this study is qualitative with a case study type of research. While collecting data using observation, interviews, and documentation. analysis used with data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed (1) the emotional maturity of class students was quite good. Students are able to vent negative and positive emotions at the right time and place. (2) students' career decision-making ability is quite good. Students are able to make career decisions according to their interests and talents, after graduating from school they will go on to college, and some will immediately choose to enter the world of work.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to describe and explain Character Cultivation in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Madinatunnajah Cilimus Kuningan Students. Qualitative research method through case studies. Data collection techniques: interviews, observation and documentation. Data processing techniques: reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Data validity techniques: triangulation of sources and techniques. Research results: (1) religious character: prayer, women's program and tadarus. (2) honest character: not cheating. (3). Tolerance character: respecting differences. (4). Disciplined character: obeying the rules. (5). Hard working character: doing tasks. (6). Creative character: giving creative tasks. (7). Independent character: does not depend on other people. (8). Character that cares about the environment: cares about school. (9) democratic character: providing equal opportunities. (10). Social caring character: caring about others.
