Abstract

This study aims to examine domestic and foreign factors on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) using the estimated Vector Error Correction Model. Monthly data used from January 2010 to December 2021 (144 months). This research generally gets two findings. First, in the long term domestic factors (exchange rates) and foreign factors (world oil prices, world gold prices and DJIMI) have a significant positive influence on JII. Second, in the long run domestic factors (inflation) and foreign factors (KLSE) have a significant negative influence on JII. This research is expected to provide benefits for academics and researchers who are interested in examining the factors that influence the Islamic capital market index in Indonesia.

Abstract

The study aimed to find the authors of Islamic economics and finance articles in Scopus-indexed journals for the last three years (2019-2021). The research method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were obtained by studying documentation (Scopus website). The results showed that the authors of articles on Islamic economics and finance during the 2019-2021 period came from the United Kingdom, Malaysia, Indonesia, Turkey, New Zealand, Iran, the United States, Bahrain and India. During the 2019-2021 period, it can be explained that the authors of articles on the theme of Islamic banking and Islamic accounting come from England; authors of articles on Islamic business themes come from Malaysia and Indonesia; Islamic marketing-themed article writers from Turkey, Indonesia, Malaysia and New Zealand; the author of the article on the Islamic monetary theme comes from Indonesia; the authors of articles on the theme of Islamic insurance come from Malaysia and Iran; authors of articles on the theme of Islamic microfinance come from Malaysia and the United States; the author of the article on the Islamic fintech theme comes from Bahrain; authors of zakat-themed articles come from Indonesia, Malaysia and India; the author of the waqf theme article comes from Malaysia; the author of the article on the theme of the halal industry comes from Indonesia.

Abstract

Every Android phone registered with a Gmail account will usually automatically be installed with the Google Play or Play Store application. Play store is an online store that provides various kinds of applications. Applications can be obtained via download for free or paid. Applications in the play store have many categories, including applications in the Books and Reference category and Education category applications. This study aims to find free Islamic economic applications in the play store. The sample in this study is a free Islamic economics application in the play store category of education and the category of books & references. This research methodology is qualitative research using literature study techniques (documentation) on the play store. The study results show six free Islamic economic applications in the play store. Each application has its advantages and disadvantages. But overall, all of these Islamic economics applications provide short, concise and explicit Islamic economics material.

Abstract

YouTube adalah salah satu media informasi yang digemari banyak orang saat ini. Informasi terkait kinerja lembaga-lembaga zakat di Indonesia dapat diperoleh dari channel YouTubenya, misalnya channel YouTube Lazismu Pusat. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis secara kualitatif profil dan kolom-kolom yang ada pada channel YouTube Lazismu Pusat. Metode penelitian yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan eksploratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa channel YouTube Lazismu Pusat memiliki profil dengan jumlah subscriber sebanyak 2.11K dan 396 postingan video. Channel YouTube Lazismu Pusat memiliki sembilan kolom seperti kebanyakan channel Youtube yang lain. Dari sembilan kolom, hanya delapan kolom (home, videos, shorts, live, community, channels, about dan search) yang dapat dianalisis secara eksploratif. Sementara kolom playlists tidak dapat dianalisis secara eksploratif.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of attitudes, subjective norms, behavioral kontrol, and income on the intention to pay agricultural zakat with zakat literacy as a moderating variable. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The analytical method used was multiple linear regression and moderated regression analysis (MRA) with primary data types tested using SPSS 25. The number of samples in the study were 86 farmers in the Kebumen sub-district who owned rice fields and had reached the nisab. The results of the study prove that partially the variables of attitude, behavioral kontrol, and income have a significant positive effect on the intention to pay agricultural zakat. Meanwhile, the subjective norm variable has no significant effect on the intention to pay agricultural zakat. The results of the MRA test show that the zakat literacy variable moderate the effect of attitudes, subjective norms, and income. Meanwhile, the zakat literacy variable failed to moderate the effect of behavioral kontrol on the intention to pay agricultural zakat.)
