Abstract. Audio-visual-based learning media is one of the innovations in the world of education that must be used effectively and efficiently. The focus of the discussion in this study is on the management of audio-visual-based learning media in increasing student motivation at MI Islamiyah Banjaranyar Tanjunganom Nganjuk. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation, with data validity tests in the form of triangulation, peer discussion, and member checks. The results showed that the management of audio-visual-based learning media was in accordance with management procedures, namely planning, procurement, use and utilization, maintenance, and evaluation, with several supporting factors found in the form of support from foundations and committees, the enthusiasm of students' parents, internet access, electric power, cellphone support, and television shields made of iron. While the inhibiting factors are insufficient sources of funds, viewing material that cannot be found on YouTube, training has never been carried out, damage to one of the media, wifi signal, unstable electricity, and evaluation with solutions for finding additional funding sources has not been carried out, making learning videos, conduct training on utilization, installation of iron nets and curtains, and scheduling of use. The result of this management is that it can clarify the presentation of information, increase children's attention so that it causes learning motivation, increase academic and non-academic achievements, and ease of care.
