Abstract

Accounts are a collection of numbers commonly used for all transactions in the banking world, from saving, withdrawing cash, to checking account balances either directly or online using m-banking. In bank accounts and the process of opening them, there are various kinds of criminal acts committed by individuals and groups. As a bank's obligation to prevent crime so that it can provide trust to the community. In an effort to prevent criminal acts of fraud can be solved using data mining techniques, namely classification. The purpose of classification is to predict the class label of an object based on existing attributes. The classification methods used in this research are extreme gradiant boosting (XGBoost) and random forest on 22029 records. In the classification process, this study uses a percentage ratio of 90% train data and 10% test data and tuning parameters processed by randomized search cross validation. The research stages start from preprocessing to evaluation and get a train score of 99.50% and a test score of 99.59% for extreme gradiant boosting (xgboost) while random forest gets a train score of 99.46% and a test score of 99.59%. These results show that the classification results of extreme gradiant boosting (XGBoost) are better than random forest.

Abstract

Printing is an industry or service that serves the process of transferring designs in the form of text or images to print media using specialized machines. Jalanpintas.art is one of the printing service providers in Sidoarjo, but currently, they still operate manually. One of the frequent issues encountered is the inconvenience for customers in using the printing service, as they have to visit the physical location, which takes time, and then return to pick up the finished products on another day. Additionally, there are problems related to recording and calculation errors, document archiving, and time-consuming report generation. Therefore, the author has designed a web-based print product ordering information system with the aim of facilitating prospective customers in the ordering process and also serving as a promotional tool for Jalanpintas.art. The method used in this research is the Waterfall method. The Waterfall method is an approach in software development that consists of a series of steps, namely analysis, design, coding implementation, testing, and maintenance. The outcome of this research is the development of a web-based print product ordering information system. This system can be accessed and used by potential customers to place orders for print products

Abstract

Expert system is a technology that is widely used in the health sector, one of which is for disease diagnosis. Influenza (Flu) is one of the respiratory diseases caused by a virus called the influenza virus. Diseases caused by climate change are usually Influenza (Flu) and cold diseases, which are often considered the same by society. The purpose of this study was to design an expert system application for the diagnosis of these two different diseases, namely flu and colds. The research data is sourced from data from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia (KEMENKES). The design of this expert system application uses the forward chaining method with google appsheet and google sheet tools. The results showed that all the features of the application have worked properly after being tested using the black box testing method. This application also helps people be able to distinguish flu and cold diseases, it is shown through the results of an online survey that 91% of respondents need this expert system application.
