<![CDATA[Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui kompetensi kepemimpinan siswa setelah mengikuti program latihan dasar kepemimpinan siswa di SMK Negeri 12 Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 12 Surabaya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta program LDKS tahun ajaran 2014/2015 sebanyak 35 siswa. Dalam penelitian ini seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian karena populasi kurang dari 100 maka sampel diambil semua yakni 35 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan wawancara yang selanjutnya dianalisis dengan analisis dengan rumus deskriptif persentase (DP). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi kepemimpinan siswa pasca mengikuti program LDKS termasuk dalam kriteria baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat melalui tiga sub variabel yakni kompetensi kinerja, kompetensi personal, kompetensi sosial. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas data menunjukkan kompetensi kepemimpinan siswa terdapat 3 kategori kriteria penilaian kompetensi kepemimpinan siswa yakni sebanyak 5 (14,3%) responden yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik, sebanyak 24 (68,8%) responden yang termasuk dalam kategori baik, sebanyak 6 (17,1%) responden yang termasuk dalam kategori cukup. Kata kunci: Kompetensi Kepemimpinan, LDKS, Kepemimpinan Siswa Abstract This research to identify the leadership competencies of students after participating in basic training student leadership program at SMK Negeri 12 Surabaya. This research uses deskriptif quantitative research methods. Research conducted at SMK Negeri 12 Surabaya. The population in this research is a program participant LDKS 2014/2015 school years as many 35 students. In this research, all members of the population used as a sample for a population of less than 100 then the samples were taken of all the 35 students. The technique of collecting data using questionaires and interviews were the analyst with deskriptive analysis of the formula percentage (DP). Based on the research of data analysis can be conclude that the leadership comptencies of students of post-program LDKS include in both criteria. This can be seen through the three sub variables of performance competence, personal competence, social competence. Based on the reasearch above data show leadership competencies of student there are three categories of student leadership competency assesmenet criteria which 5(14,3%), of respondents were include in the very good category, a total of 24(68,8%) of respondens were included in both categories, 6(17,1%) of respondents are include in the category enough.
