Abstract

Teknologi informasi (IT) dapat memperkuat organisasi. Termasuk Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB) yang merupakan organisasi pendidikan tinggi. IPB telah memiliki sistem informasi yang terdiri dari 36 aplikasi. Infrastruktur yang memadai merupakan salah satu kunci kesuksesan untuk mendapatkan kinerja dan pelayanan TI yang baik. kebutuhan infrastruktur dapat dipenuhi dengan melakukan evaluasi terhadap tatakelola TI. Penelitian ini melakukan evaluasi tatakelola TI dengan mengukur tingkat kematangan tatakelola TI, dengan menggunakan framework COBIT 5 dan tingkat kepuasan pengguna layanan TI, dengan menggunakan serqual model. Tingkat kematangan TI menggunakan 13 proses pada COBIT 5 yaitu: EDM04,APO01, APO07, APO12, APO13, BAI04, BAI06, BAI09, BAI10, DSS01, DSS03, DSS05, dan MEA01. Tingkat kepuasan pengguna dilihat dari 4 dimensi yaitu: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, dan assurance. Responden yang pada pengukuran kepuasan layanan TI adalah mahasiswa dan dosen sebanyak 100 responden.  Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan tingkat kematangan tatakelola TI 2 proses berada pada level 0, 8 proses berada pada level 1, dan 3 proses berada pada level 2. Tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap layanan TI berada dibawah nilai harapan. Hasil tersebut dianalisis dengan matrik SWOT untuk melihat kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman. Kemudian disusun rekomendasi dengan mengacu kepada ITIL V3 2011

Abstract

Pariwisata memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan perekonomian sebuah negara, daerah dan terutama masyarakat sekitar. Sumatera Barat merupakan salah satu provinsi yang menjadi tujuan wisatawan lokal maupun mancanegara. Sumatera Barat memiliki banyak jenis objek wisata seperti: laut, pantai, gunung, lembah dan lainnya. Sampai saat ini sudah terdata ±829 tujuan wisata yang ada di Sumatera Barat. Maka dari itu pemerintah Sumatera Barat menginginkan adanya pemetaan/mapping pariwisata dan koordinasi stakeholder. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan sistem inventarisasi pengetahuan yang tersedia dan menghubungkan semua stakeholder yang ada dengan menggunakan pendekatan Knowledge Management Life Cycle (KMLC). Sistem yang dirancang merupakan Sharing Knowledge Management System sehingga setiap user dapat berbagi pengetahuan baik itu pengetahuan tacit maupun ekplisit. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah knowledge management system pariwisata yang akan mengakomodasi kebutuhan wisatawan, selain itu, sistem ini juga memungkinkan user dapat berinteraksi satu sama lain, mendapatkan informasi dan pengetahuan baik itu pengalaman, info wisata dalam bentuk artikel maupun event dan lainnya. Sehingga pengetahuan yang diperoleh oleh user khususnya wisatawan dapat membantu mereka dalam pengambilan keputusan seperti pemilihan rute perjalananan atau tujuan wisata, dan juga mendapatkan informasi pendukung lainnya.

Abstract

This research has been done on Lubuk Sikarah subdistrict office city of Solok by collectingdata because the system that used to work still not optimal. Therefore, analysis of the data collected bythe system design tool that aims to optimized IMB data processing using Java Netbean programminglanguage and database MYSQL. This research method used is a field of research, there are researchlibraries and research laboratories. Thus, it produced a new system analysis using tools such as ASI(FlowInformation System), DFD(Data Flow Diagram), ERD(Entity Relationship Diagram), and the ContextDiagram. These tools will be generated several interrelated files in a database management. And thenew system is expected to improve the quality of IMB petition data processing sistem on suddistrict ofLubuk Sikarah Office.

Abstract

The development of Internet technology is widely used for positive things in helping human work, one of which facilitates communication between humans. In this case, CV. Unomax Indonesia is still relying on human as an online customer service to respond to inquiries from customers. As customers grow, it is less effective for customers who want to get quick reply information without time constraints. This study aims to create a web-based information system in the form of chatbot application that can be used by CV. Unomax Indonesia to respond to customer inquiries quickly. The method used is the prototype method as a modeling tool. This application uses PHP programming language and MySQL database. The result of the built chatbot application is based on test results using black box testing, it can be concluded that this application can run well and answer each question quickly as expected.

Abstract

This research is conducted to solve existing problems in the stock market such as fluctuatingprices and decisions to be taken on the stock market. A common problem encountered is the difficultyof knowing stock price trends over a given period and using the analysis used in the stock market.Technical analysis allows to know stock market price based on trend by using Simple Moving Averagewhich have accuracy level 96,39 and Linear Regression which have accuracy level 94,91. The purposeof this research to produce decision support system that can be used as a prediction with the methodof Simple Moving Average and Linear Regression that can be compared the level of accuracy. Thisapplication is a solution to determine the stock price prediction in a certain period.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan hal yang mungkin dianggap penting oleh banyak orang. Proses penerimaan siswa adalah langkah pertama yang dilakukan untuk mengenyam pendidikan. SMK Spes Patriae merupakan salah satu SMK yang memiki beberapa permasalahan pada proses penerimaan siswanya, seperti kesalahan pencatatan data dan antrian yang terjadi. Kepala sekolah berharap proses penerimaan siswa dapat terkomputerisasi sehingga visi dari sekolah ini untuk perkembangan teknologinya dapat semakin terwujud. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah prototype, dengan tahapan seperti: (1) pengumpulan kebutuhan; (2) perancangan prototype; (3)pembangunan prototype; (4)evaluasi customer; (5) perbaikan prototype; dan (6) pembangunan sistem. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini ialah sistem penerimaan siswa berbasis web di SMK Spes Patriae, yang dapat meminimalisir kesalahan pencatatan data dan juga menghindari antrian yang terjadi saat proses penerimaan siswa.

Abstract

Evaluation of success in IS is an important aspect that must be done to develop information systems. Over time, the paradigm of evaluating the success of information systems continues to change according to the objectives, context, and impact of information technology. The information system evaluation models that can be used include the DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Model (DM IS Model), Technology Acceptance Model, Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology, and others. Each model has a different purpose, so the evaluator must choose the model that suits his needs. Moveaps application is an application developed by PT. Pixel Research. The Moveaps application is used to support every research project and online research needs. The evaluation of these systems adopts the DM IS Model. The model adopted in this study used all the variables in the DM IS Model and added intrinsic motivation. Thus, the variables become 8 variables consisting of 1) Information quality, 2) System quality, 3) Service quality, 4) Intrinsic motivation, 5) Perceived interaction, 6) Usage, 7) User satisfaction, and 8) Net impact. Previously identified variables, then a model of the relationship between variables was developed. The relationship between variables produces 16 hypotheses. This hypothesis is then compiled into several questions that are arranged in the form of a questionnaire. Questionnaires were distributed to 41 Moveaps Users. The results of 16 hypotheses found five hypotheses that have a positive effect, namely: information quality has a positive effect on service quality, system quality has a positive effect on information quality, system quality has a positive effect on service quality, user satisfaction has a positive effect on net benefits, and usage has a positive effect on benefits. Clean. While 11 hypotheses have no effect.

Abstract

Irrigation is a system for irrigation in the form of waterways used to distribute water. In fulfilling the need for water, especially in rice farming, it is necessary to increase agricultural yields and reduce crop failure. All of that can be done with a well-controlled irrigation system to increase agricultural profits. Irrigation systems, especially in rice farming, have irrigation systems that have been widely implemented in Indonesia and have been proven to increase agricultural yields. The farming system is called the wet-dry irrigation system. To control the irrigation system and to be able to monitor it regularly, an IoT-based irrigation system was created. The device used for the main control is Arduino Uno. The results of the smart irrigation system produce a prototype that can control irrigation based on soil moisture and close irrigation using a water level sensor. After creating the prototype of the IoT device, the process of irrigating the land can be carried out automatically according to the wet and dry irrigation system, and monitoring the condition of irrigating rice fields via the internet can be carried out to increase the effectiveness of farming

Abstract

Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan masyarakat dalam mengembangkan potensi lokal melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam berbagai bidang. Salah satu kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah pelatihan pembuatan flayer dan label produk untuk masyarakat pelaku usaha jamur di Nagari Limau Manih, Kota Padang, dengan menggunakan aplikasi editing photo Photoshop. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh 25 peserta dan mendapat hasil evaluasi yang baik dari para peserta. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan penjualan dan popularitas produk jamur yang dihasilkan oleh masyarakat pelaku usaha jamur di Nagari Limau Manih, Kota Padang, serta dapat membantu meningkatkan ekonomi lokal dan memperkuat sektor usaha kecil dan menengah di wilayah tersebut

Abstract

Nowadays, technology is also widely applied in various fields with various needs. Innovations will continue to be developed to create even more efficient technologies for various fields. Based on data from. Various sectors, such as education, business, tourism, to the agricultural sector, widely use websites. There are various implementations or applications of technological developments in agriculture, one of which is the application of calculating an agricultural product—tea production in Kaligua in 2018 experienced ups and downs due to less stable weather conditions. Calculations in determining an agricultural product can use several calculation methods, one of which is the Tsukamoto fuzzy method. Tsukamoto's fuzzy method is an extension of monotone reasoning. In Tsukamoto's method, every consequence has a rule in the form of IF-THEN that must be represented in a fuzzy set with a monotone arrangement function. So this requires a system that can produce predictions in tea production in Kaligua tea plantations to meet market needs. The solution offered is a production prediction system in Kaligua plantations using the Tsukamoto fuzzy method. The prediction results obtained in this study were a 36% increase in tea sales production.
