This study aims to determine the implementation of the Qardh contract & the Multijasa Ijarah contract for financing products for the management of the Hajj by using a review of the DSN MUI Fatwa Nomor 005/MUNAS X/XI/2020. The object of this research is al-Hajj product, which is PT Al Ijarah Indonesia Finance's Hajj financing product. The research method used is descriptive analysis. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data, while the data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of the Al-Qardh contract and the Al-ijarah Multijasa contract which are applied to Al-Hajj products of PT Al Ijarah Indonesia Finance are in accordance with the general provisions of DSN MUI Fatwa Number 004/MUNAS X/MUI/XI/2020 regarding Initial Deposit Payment Hajj with Debt & Financing. Where the compensation obtained already uses the Al-Ijarah principle, the bailout of funds/debt provided uses the Al-Qardh contract, so that when a default occurs, all principal loan funds that have been deposited will be returned in full, this is because Al-Hajj products are a financing service product with minimal risk because the collateral is an SPPH (Registration Letter for Hajj) which is obtained from the Bank after PT ALIF has made an initial deposit on behalf of the customer.
