Abstract

Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan mengumpulkan, menyajikan, menganalisis, menguji hipotesis untuk mendapatkan kesimpulan dan saran. Penelitian dilakukan pada SMA YP Budi Agung Medan di Wilayah Medan Marelan dengan ukuran sampel penelitian sebanyak 43 responden. Data penelitian diperoleh dari kuesioner menggunakan Skala Likert. Dari hasil analisis data penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa secara simultan budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMA YP Budi Agung Medan. Secara parsial budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMA YP Budi Agung Medan serta gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMA YP Budi Agung Medan

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this research is how the effect of emotional intelligence level, job satisfaction and organizational culture partially or simultaneously toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of PT.Hilon Medan.
