Abstract

Kurva bentuk telur Hugelschaffer adalah kurva bentuk telur yang dikonstruksi dari dua buah lingkaran tidak sepusat menggunakan transformasi Newton yang diketahui sebagai hyperbolism. Persamaan kurva bentuk telur Hugelschaffer merupakan persamaan sederhana yang merepresentasikan garis tepi telur asli jika dibanding persamaan kurva bentuk telur lainnya. Dilain pihak, persamaan garis singgung suatu kurva merupakan topik analisis yang banyak dibahas dalam dunia pendidikan matematika terkait irisan kerucut, seperti persamaan garis singgung lingkarang dan persamaan garis singgung elips. Pembahasan mengenai persamaan garis singgung kurva telur Hugelschaffer belum pernah dilakukan. Oleh karena itu pada tulisan ini didapatkan persamaan garis singgung pada kurva bentuk telur Hugelschaffer.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease caused by insufficient insulin effectively. Compliance medication in patients diabetes mellitus is important to achieve treatment goals and effective to prevent complications in diabetes mellitus. The duration of suffering from DM is one of the factors that influences medication adherence. The purpose of this study is to compare the differences in adherence to taking medication between patients who have just been diagnosed with diabetes mellitus type II. Questionnaire instrument 4 indicators of compliance (right dose, right frequency, right interval, right time). Analysis statistical of the Mann-Whitney test. Total of 10 new patients and 20 old patients were diagnosed. The results study is patient to be compliant with right dose adherence 8 new patients (80%), 19 old patients (95%). Right frequency adherence 9 new patients (80%), 19 old patients (95%). Timely compliance 7 new patients (70%), 16 old patients (80%). Right interval adherence 4 new patients (40%), 13 old patients (65%). The results of data analysis showed p-value = 0.076> 0.05 there was no significant difference in adherence to taking medication between old patients and new patients with diabetes mellitus type II.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kebutuhan masyarakat yang melakukan aktivitas bersepeda pada kegiatan car free day di Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan deskriptif kuantitif dan metode survei. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas bersepeda terjadi karena kebutuhan fisiologis memiliki rata-rata 69,6% termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, karena kebutuhan rasa aman memiliki rata-rata 63,97% termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, karena kebutuhan rasa memliki dan kasih sayang memiliki rata-rata 66,5% termasuk dalam ketgori tinggi, karena kebutuhan penghargaan memiliki rata-rata 48,97% termasuk dalam kategori sedang, sedangkan karena kebutuhan aktualiasai diri memiliki rata-rata 75,4% termasuk dalam kategori tinggi.

Abstract

ABSTRAKModifikasi bahan pembuatan minuman kombucha akan mempengaruhi hasil akhir atau organoleptik dan sifat fisikokimia dari produk minuman kombucha. Gula pada kombucha berpengaru dalam hasil fermentasikombucha. gula akan digunakan oleh khamir dalam proses metabolisme hingga menghasilkan alkohol dan CO2.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lama fermentasi dan jenis kopi terhadap organoleptik dan pH minuman kopi aren kombucha. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap dengan 2 faktor yaitu lama fermentasi dan jenis bubuk kopi. Analisis yang dilakukan meliputi uji organoleptik dan pH. Berdasarkan data yang didapatkan menyatakan bahwa fermentasi berpengaruh terhadap perubahan pH dan kesukaan atau penerimaan panelis pada minuman kopi aren kombucha. Selain itu jenis kopi berpengaruh terhadap organoleptik minuman kopi aren kombucha.Kata kunci: kopi kombucha, lama fermentasi, kopi arenABSTRACTModification of the ingredients for making kombucha will affect organoleptic and physicochemical properties of kombucha beverage products. Sugar in the kombucha has an effect on the kombucha fermentation. Sugar will be used by yeast in the metabolic process to produce alcohol and CO2. This study aims to determine the effect offermentation time and type of coffee on organoleptic and pH of kombucha palm coffee beverage. This study uses a completely randomized design with 2 factors, fermentation time and the type of coffee. The analysis carried out included organoleptic and pH tests. Based on the data obtained that fermentation affects the change in pH and preferences or acceptance of panelists in the Kombucha palm coffee beverage. In addition, the type of coffee has an effect on the organoleptic of Kombucha palm coffee beverage.Keywords: kombucha coffee, fermentation time, palm coffee

Abstract

Compliance with taking medication is a problematic patients who get polypharmacy prescribing, this is because of the many drugs that must be consumed. As a result of the consumption of many drugs that cause sufferers of degenerative diseases are not compliant to take medication and health awareness decreases. This is not only experienced in elderly and geriatric patients but in adulthood also experience non-compliance with taking medication due to the many activities, lazy to take medication and also forget. This study was conducted to analyze the effect of age on adherence to taking oral antidiabetic drugs and oral antihypertensive drugs using the pill count method at the Regional Hospital of South Surabaya. The Pill Count method was chosen in this study with the aim of analyzing patient compliance in taking medication by calculating the remaining drug based on the rules of use and dosage when the patient returns to control. In addition, this study also aims to determine the effect of age on patient compliance in taking oral antidiabetic drugs and oral antihypertensive drugs. This research is descriptive observational with prospective data collection. Data analysis used descriptive and continued with statistical analysis using Chi-Square. The results of this study that adherence to take medication for elderly patients who received oral antidiabetic drug therapy obtained as much as 96.7% and 90% in adult patients. Compliance to oral antihypertension drugs in adult patients are 90% and 83.3% in elderly patients. Age does not effect compliance patients with Chi-Square analysis with p value = 0,301 and 0,448 > 0.05.
