Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan yang terjadi antara information quality dan dampak individu terhadap efektifitas belajar di e-learning Telkom University. Information quality adalah istilah yang digunakan untuk menggambarkan kualitas konten dari suatu sistem informasi. Sedangkan dampak individu adalah efek dari suatu aplikasi terhadap perilaku penggunanya. efektivitas e-learning dapat diartikan sebagai kondisi terpenuhinya tujuan pembuatan e-learning dan kebutuhan pengguna e-learning. Ketiga variabel tersebut dilihat keterhubungannya menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa Information quality dan dampak individu terbukti secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap efektifitas e-learning. Information Quality terhadap Efektifitas E-learning dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 1,909 sedangkan nilai t tabel 1,650. Hal ini berarti nilai t hitung > t tabel atau 1,909 > 1,650 dengan signifikansi 0,47 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Dampak Individu terhadap Efektifitas E-learning dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 6,961 dan nilai t tabel 1,650. Hal ini berarti nilai t hitung > t tabel atau 6,961 > 1,650 dengan signifikansi 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Abstract

Process mining is a technique used to help solve the existing problems in the process. An educational institution has definitely Procurement process. Evaluation of business processes in the Procurement of Goods and Services using process mining techniques are expected to find information about the location of the fault of the business process flow and provide suggestions for improvement system model Procurement processes that already exist to improve the performance of the business process. This study uses data from the event log Procurement Logistics Unit Telkom Engineering School as input during the process mining techniques. Results of this research is a picture of the new process models with flow changes in the activity of 'application for the specification of goods and services' that can be done without going through the activity of 'Identifying the needs of the goods required by the Faculty' and 'Establish the goods and services that will be submitted to the procurement of' first first, and the suggestion of time to carry out each activity.
