Abstract

The clavicle or collarbone is a long bone that serves as a support between the scapula and the sternum (breastbone). There are two Clavicula, namely the right and left. The clavicle is the only long bone in the body that is positioned horizontally. Together with the shoulder blades, it makes up the shoulder girdle. These are bones that are commonly touched, and in people who have less fat in this area, their location is very obvious, as they give rise to bumps in the skin. He received it from the Latin “Clavicula” which means little key, because the bone rotates along its axis like a key. The clavicle is the most commonly fractured bone. The bone can easily be broken by an impact to the shoulder from the force of a fall with an outstretched arm or a direct blow.

Abstract

This study aims to determine"The Influence of Work Discipline and Workload on Employee Performance(Study on Community Empowerment for Helath Service Employees). The results of this study indicate that 1) it can be seen that tcount (1,959) < ttable (2.045), likewise with a significance value of 0,060> 0.05 it can be concluded hypothesisfirst denied, meaningWork Discipline Variable (X1) has no significant effect on Employee Performance Variable (Y). 2)it can be seen that tcount (1.023) < ttable (2.045), and a significance value of 0.315 > 0.05, it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is rejected, meaningWorkload Variable (X2) has no positive and significant effecton Employee Performance Variables (Y) .3) it can be seen that Fcount (10.247) > Ftable (3.34), and a significance value of 0,000<0.05, it can be concluded that the fourth hypothesis is accepted, meaningWork Discipline Variable (X1), Workload Variable (X2), have a significant simultaneous effect on Employee Performance Variable (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine“The Influence of Price on Consumer Purchase Interest with Consumer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable (Case Study of Community Users of Health Facilities in the United States)”. the results of this study indicate that 1)it can be seen that tcount (3.128) > ttable (1.667), likewise with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Price variable(X) positive and significant effecton Customer Satisfaction (Y1). 2) it can be seen that tcount (1.766) > ttable (1.667), and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the price(X) positive and significant effecton Buying Interest (Y2). 3) it can be seen that tcount (6.987) > ttable (1.667), and the significance value is 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that the third hypothesis is accepted, meaning Customer Satisfaction (Y1)influentialpositive andsignificanton Buying Interest (Y2). 4) the direct effect of variable X on variable Y2 is 0.162. While the indirect effect through the Y1 variable is 0.357 x 0.642 = 0.2291, the calculation results obtained show that the indirect effect through the Y1 variable is greater than the direct effect on the Y2 variable.
