Abstract

Keadaan darurat adalah peristiwa yang dapat mengancam dan mengganggu kehidupan seseorang. Keadaan darurat terjadi secara tiba-tiba dengan tempat dan waktu tak terduga. Banyak dampak fatal dalam keadaan darurat dapat dicegah atau dikurangi dengan bantuan pertama yang memadai. Sebagian besar negara telah menerapkan beberapa bentuk layanan darurat untuk melakukan pertolongan pertama dalam situasi darurat seperti kecelakaan lalu lintas. Di kota Bandung, layanan darurat telah menggunakan nomor telepon 112 sebagai panggilan darurat dan dikelola oleh seorang operator. Operator ini harus memutuskan unit mana yang terdekat dengan lokasi darurat. Lingkungan mereka beroperasi memiliki tingkat ketidakpastian yang tinggi, karena mereka tidak mengetahui jarak yang pasti dari masing-masing unit ke lokasi darurat. K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) dapat digunakan untuk menemukan unit gawat darurat terdekat. Namun, dengan tingginya jumlah panggilan darurat di kota Bandung, KNN memiliki biaya komputasi yang tinggi. Ini harus mengukur setiap jarak unit gawat darurat ke lokasi darurat berulang-ulang. Dengan Network Voronoi Diagram (NVD) sebagai tambahan, peran KNN dapat dioptimalkan untuk menemukan unit gawat darurat terdekat dengan mempartisi ruang ke wilayah untuk setiap unit. Sehingga NVD bisa langsung mendapat unit terdekat dengan melihat ke dalam lokasi darurat wilayah unit mana yang ada. Abstract

Some company has strategy in the operational sector that to choose a location for the warehouse's company, especiallly for companies which give priority to distribution to their customers. Customer in here what it meant is a company that supplies product to them. Selection for path distribution warehouse is considered by distance from the warehouse to the customer, then the path distribution of warehouse was oriented by distribution. In the fact, there is some company that distributed their product to many customers. Usually, this company will analyze about their location to find out cost for distribution is minimized or not. Cost distribution was included transportation cost, customer service cost, and warehouse operational cost. In this final project, writer will bring about the method from spatial science into management science which is the method use to find out the distance from each warehouse to the customer by a system. This method, called NN Queries. But in this case, the customer has many branchs. So, in this final project, writer proposes Group NN Queries to solve this problem to find out the distance from each customer. In management science, there is a method that can use to make a decision for location warehouse from candidates location of warehouse. This method called Load Distance Method. This method considers to distance from each warehouse to customer and how much the warehouse can load the product to each customer. The system will find out which the path distribution was optimum. Abstract

This research discusses the analysis of influence of spatial object that exists around the market in Bandung against the price of basic food. To determine the required price data analysis is complete food prices, Basic food data obtained from the Office of Industry and Trade of West Java and will only take sampling from 5 markets in the city of Bandung that is Kiara Condong Market, Baru Market, Sederhana Market , Andir Market Dan Kosambi Market. The theory to be used in this research is Iterative Dichotomiser 3 one of theory from decision tree,the author use this method because the decision tree can find hidden relationships or patterns between variables .With this analysis we can know how the influence of the object on the price of basic food in the city of Bandung.Kata Keyword : Decision Tree, ID3,Basic Food
