<![CDATA[Abstrak Toko Putri Kurnia merupakan usaha penjualan alat tulis kantor dan menyediakan jasa printing maupun fotocopy. Saat ini Toko Putri Kurnia terletak di Jl. Bangbarung Raya no. 60 Kota Bogor. Bisnis ini sudah berjalan 5 tahun. Penerapan printing baru pada pada tahun 2016 di Toko Putri Kurnia. Dalam 2 tahun, pendapatan dari jasa printing ini tidak meningkat setiap tahunnya. Maka dari itu Toko Putri Kurnia membuat inovasi yaitu Specialist Printing Delivery (SPD) yaitu jasa pengantaran printing dokumen Dikarenakan baru berjalannya bisnis, studi kelayakan bisnis harus dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah jasa Specialist Printing Delivery (SPD) ini sudah layak untuk dijalankan ditinjau dari aspek pasar, aspek teknis dan aspek finansial. Analisis aspek pasar digunakan untuk menentukan pasar potensial, pasar tersedia dan pasar sasaran. Setelah mengumpulkan data pasar dengan penyebaran kuesioner, didapatkan persentase pasar potensial yaitu sebesar 95%, pasar tersedia sebesar 94% dari pasar potensial, dan pasar sasaran sebesar 1% dari pasar tersedia. Analisis aspek teknis dilakukan untuk melihat pengeluaran dan pemasukkan yang terjadi didalam bisnis jasa Specialist Printing Delivery (SPD) dalam 5 tahun yang akan datang. Hasil dari perhitungan aspek finansial, didapatkan nilai NPV(Net Present Value) sebesar Rp 44.076.324, nilai IRR(Internal Rate of Return) sebesar 40,68% dan nilai PBP (Pay Back Period) sebesar 3,6 tahun. Dikarenakan nilai IRR lebih besar dari nilai MARR yaitu 19,95% dan nilai NPV lebih besar dari 0, maka jasa Specialist Printing Delivery (SPD) dikatakan layak untuk dijalankan.
