<![CDATA[Abstrak Bank BPD Bali yang merupakan Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) yang berfokus pada dunia perbankan. Adapun kendala yang dimiliki oleh Bank BPD Bali pada Fungsi Dana dan Layanan adalah produk dan layanan yang berbasis teknologi masih terbatas dan pengimplementasian dari layanan belum optimal maka dari itu diperlukan perancangan enterprise architecture sehingga antara teknologi informasi dan bisnis yang dimiliki dapat selaras. Pada penelitian ini penulis memberikan solusi untuk enterprise architecture menggunakan TOGAF ADM. Alasan menggunakan TOGAF adalah salah satu framework pada enterprise architecture yang bersifat open source dan fleksibel, dengan TOGAF maka enterprise architecture yang dirancang akan berorientasi pada proses dengan cara menggunakan metode ADM dikarenakan metode ADM merupakan inti dari TOGAF. TOGAF ADM ini terdiri dari empat domain seperti bisnis, data, aplikasi dan teknologi. Dan terdapat beberapa fase di TOGAF ADM. Namun pada penelitian hanya berfokus hingga fase migration planning dengan melakukan perbandingan antara kondisi eksisting dengan kondisi target. Setiap fase ini memiliki beberapa langkah dan artefak yang sesuai dengan TOGAF ADM. Fungsi dana dan layanan hanya memiliki satu aplikasi eksisting sehingga masih terdapat kekurangan dalam mendukung proses bisnis yang dimiliki oleh fungsi dana dan layanan. Perancangan enterprise architecture ini akan menghasilkan sebuah blueprint dan penerapannya akan menghasil sebuah IT Roadmap ini berfungsi untuk menyesuaikan teknologi dengan strategi bisnis yang dimiliki dan dapat memberikan dukungan terhadap prioritas bisnis yang akan diimplementasikan 2-5 tahun kedepan. The constraints that are owned by Bank BPD Bali in the Function of Funds and Services is a product and service based on technology is still limited and the implementation of services is not optimal, therefore it is necessary to design an enterprise architecture so that information technology and business can be aligned. In this study the authors provide solutions for enterprise architecture using TOGAF ADM. The reason for using TOGAF is one of the frameworks for open source and flexible enterprise architecture, with TOGAF, the enterprise architecture designed will be process oriented by using the ADM method because the ADM method is the core of TOGAF. TOGAF ADM consists of four domains such as business, data, applications and technology. And there are several phases in TOGAF ADM. However, the research only focuses on the migration planning phase by comparing the existing conditions with the target conditions. Each of these phases has several steps and artifacts that are compatible with TOGAF ADM. The function of funds and services has only one existing application so there are still shortcomings in supporting business processes owned by the fund and service functions. The design of the enterprise architecture will produce a blueprint and its implementation will produce an IT Roadmap that serves to adjust the technology with the business strategy that is owned and can provide support for business priorities that will be implemented in the next 2-5 years.
