<![CDATA[Abstrak PT.Elco merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri penyamakan kulit. Hasil dari proses produksi PT.Elco adalah garment, gloves dan kerajinan kulit lainnya. Setiap tahunnya PT.Elco mengalami kenaikan jumlah produksi yang cukup signifikan. Kenaikan jumlah produksi yang begitu pesat menyebabkan permasalahan pada pemilihan bahan baku material yang digunakan oleh PT.Elco dalam menghasilkan suatu produk perusahaan yang ramah lingkungan. Kesalahan dalam memilih bahan baku material antara lain, bahan baku yang sudah expired, salah dalam memesan bahan baku material dan juga bahan baku tersebut belum ada strandarisai ramah lingkungan Kesalahan tersebut dikarenakan oleh sistem yang belum mampu melakukan integrasi dengan sistem lain. Akibat dari salah dalam memilih bahan baku material menyebabkan limbah hasil produksi juga semakin meningkat seiring dengan naiknya jumlah produksi. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan aplikasi OpensSource ERP dengan modul green procurement di PT.Elco. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sistem Odoo modul green procurement yang dapat terintegrasi dengan sistem lain melalui standar pengujian blackbox. The results of the production process of PT. Elco are garments, gloves and other leather crafts. Every year PT. Elco has experienced a significant increase in production. The rapid increase in production has caused problems in the selection of raw materials used by PT. Elco in producing an environmentally friendly company product. Errors in choosing raw materials include, among others, expired raw materials, wrong ordering of raw materials and also those raw materials that have not been environmentally friendly standards. These errors are caused by systems that have not been able to integrate with other systems. As a result of choosing the wrong raw material, the production waste will also increase along with the increase in production. Therefore this study aims to implement the OpenSource ERP application with a green procurement module at PT. Elco. The results of this study are in the form of the Odoo green procurement module system which can be integrated with other systems through blackbox testing standard.
