<![CDATA[Abstrak Enterprise Architecture menjadi bagian yang sangat penting dalam kemajuan teknologi yang merujuk kepada semakin banyak dan kompleks aplikasi yang ada. Enterprise Architecture hadir sebagai solusi karena mampu berperan sebagai IT-Business Alignment yang akan sangat dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan salah satunya PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten. Enterprise Architecture akan menjaga ritme keharmonisan antara IT dan bisnis sehingga akan saling bersinergi mencapai goals perusahaan. Hal ini sangat penting karena baik IT maupun bisnis tidak dapat berjalan secara terpisah, sebab keduanya harus berjalan beriringan agar dapat menjaga sustainability bisnis perusahaan. Untuk mempermuah dalam mengembangkan Enterprise Architecture dapat menggunakan Framework yaitu TOGAF dan ITIL. Enterprise Architecture memiliki metode dalam TOGAF yang bernama TOGAF ADM yang membahas mengenai konsep dan arsitektur IT secara lebih umum sehingga dibutuhkan “alat bantu†lain yang dapat menyempurnakan TOGAF yaitu menggunakan ITIL. Dalam hal penyempurnaan, ITIL sangat cocok digabungkan dengan TOGAF karena fokus dari ITIL sendiri yang menekankan kepada layanan yang akan diberikan yang akan sangat dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan salah satunya PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten terutama dalam fungsi Jaringan, Layanan, & Operasiona karena memiliki fokus fungsi dalam hal pelayanan kepada nasabah. Namun, karena fokus tersebut juga yang menjadi kendala ketika hanya menggunakan ITIL saja karena terlalu teknis membahas IT, maka penggabungan dengan TOGAF yang dibutuhkan untuk melihat dalam perpektif yang lebih luas. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pengembangan Enterprise Architecture Framework dalam domain Business Architecture yang ada pada TOGAF ADM dengan kelebihan yang dimiliki ITIL. Enterprise Architecture comes as a solution because it is able to act as an IT-Business Alignment that will be greatly needed by the company, one of them is the Regional Development Bank of West Java and Banten. Enterprise Architecture will maintain the rhythm of harmony between IT and business so that they will work together to achieve company goals. This is very important because neither IT nor business can run separately, because both must go hand in hand in order to maintain the sustainability of the company's business. To make a difference in developing Enterprise Architecture can use the Framework namely TOGAF and ITIL. Enterprise Architecture has a TOGAF method called TOGAF ADM which deals with IT concepts and architecture more generally so that other "tools" that can improve TOGAF are needed, namely using ITIL. In terms of refinement, ITIL is very suitable to be combined with TOGAF because the focus of ITIL itself emphasizes the services that will be provided which will be greatly needed by the company, one of them is the Regional Development Bank of West Java and Banten especially in Network, Service & Operational functions because function in terms of service to customers. However, because the focus is also an obstacle when only using ITIL because it is too technical to discuss IT, combining with TOGAF is needed to see in a broader perspective. The results of this study are the development of the Enterprise Architecture Framework in the Business Architecture domain that is in TOGAF ADM with the advantages of ITIL.
