Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola komunikasi antarpribadi yang digunakan olehpara orang tua pada saat pemberian penguatan literasi media kepada anak-anak khususnya parasiswa di PAUD IT Baitul Izzah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, untukmenentukan informan pokok penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Adapun kriteria informan pokok adalah orang tua yang mengikuti kegiatan sosialisasi literasi media dan menerapkannya kepada anak-anaknya, serta siswa dan guru PAUD IT Baitul Izzah sebagai informan tambahan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara mendalamdan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara yang dilakukan kepada para informan didapatdata bahwa para orang tua tersebut menyampaikan penguatan literasi media dengan caramembujuk

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas hacker di media sosial untuk aktualisasi diri yang dilihat dari ambisi dan keinginan seseorang untuk memenuhii kepuasan diri sendiri. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis deskriptif. Dengan 5 orang hacker sebagai 1 informan kunci dan 4 informan pendamping yang di pilih dengan teknik snowball sampling. Menggunakan teori Psikoanalisis dari Sigmund Freud. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara observasi yang relevan dengan penelitian kualitatif yang di bagi menjadi dua, yaitu pengumpulan data primer dan pengumpulan data sekunder. Pada pengumpulan data primer dibagi menjadi tiga, yaitu observasi non pastisipan, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil penelitian yaitu : (1) Proses hacker melakukan peretasan itu berawal dari sebuah perilaku menyimpang, (2) setiap individual hacker berada pada tingkat tak sadar saat melakukan kegiatan peretasan (3) tidak semua aktivitas yang dilakukan hacker adalah aktivitas negatif dan (4) hacker mendapatkan lebih kepuasan dengan melakukan kegiatan Show-off. Abstract

The development of technology, information and communication (ICT) is in line with the current development of online media where online media now relies on social media such as news websites with the aim of attracting the younger generation. If you look at it, many young people are more interested in platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok. For this reason, online media continues to compete with each other to create unique and interesting content to attract the reading interest of the younger generation. In this research, the author wants to know how Bengkulu.antaranews.com's news presentation strategy is to attract the reading interest of the younger generation. In the current era of globalization, the younger generation is more dominant in opening online news than other media, however, the challenge is that the younger generation does not really like news in the form of text or the old method but prefers news in the form of videos, graphic designs and attractive infographics. In this case the author uses Make Ward's theory. Meanwhile, the research method used is qualitative research methods using interview and case study methods. The results of this research show how the news presentation strategy is carried out by Bengkulu.antaranews.com to attract the reading interest of the younger generation by utilizing social media and using features in it, one of which is creating a poll feature on Instagram, live broadcasts, multimedia news and creating content according to readers' needs. In this research, the online media audience for Bengkulu.antaranews.com is still dominated by the younger generation. The strategy implemented by Bengkulu.antaranews.com to face competition is by continuing to use an inverted pyramid writing structure and prioritizing news accuracy.

Abstract

Social media has changed the way we interact with information and with the people around us. Platforms such as Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube have become popular means for individuals and companies to share, communicate and promote an organization's products and services. Within the direct selling sector, social media has opened up endless new opportunities for businesses to market and sell their products to potential customers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of social media in the direct selling sector and evaluate the impact of using social media on customer satisfaction at Ghaisani Boutique. This research method takes a qualitative approach, which aims to understand and describe phenomena in depth through data collection and analysis that focuses on the context and meaning of the subject under study. The results of the study show that social media provides significant benefits for Ghaisani Boutique (Ghaisani Fashion Gallery) in increasing the intensity of their promotion through online media, which has a positive impact on increasing their turnover. By leveraging creative and diverse social media features, Ghaisani Boutique can reach potential customers from various segments and expand their market coverage. In this case, social media is an effective means of building brand awareness, increasing customer engagement, and obtaining valuable feedback for better business development in the future. And what is no less important, Ghaisani Boutique has managed to build a sizable customer list through list building that continues to grow over time. By providing maximum service and responding quickly to feedback from the audience, Ghaisani Boutique can create high customer satisfaction. As a result, company promotions can run organically, driven by customers who voluntarily provide support through likes and shares of any content shared by the marketing team.
