Abstract

Memiliki strategi image yang baik adalah suatu hal yang harus dilakukan. Brand berarti gambaran positif yang melekat di masyarakat sehingga perusahaan atau lembaga selalu di ingat dalam jangka yang panjang. Sama halnya dengan perguruan tinggi di tuntut memiliki image yang positif memiliki keunggulan di banding dengan lainnya, untuk keberhasilan mutu kualitas serta lulusan yang dapat di terima bekerja di dunia pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui daya saing lulusan prodi Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah mudah mendapatkan pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan bidangnya menjadi guru kelas baik di SD/MI/SDI. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, studi kepustakaan dan teknik analisis data model interaktif. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi brand image program studi Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah dalam meningkatkan daya saing lulusan di pengaruhi beberapa faktor yaitu: membangun brand awareness, peran pemimpin, tawaran beasiswa, sosial media marketing, kurikulum, kegiatan unggulan, kerjasama dengan berbagai mitra dan stakeholder. Dari faktor tersebut berdampak dengan dikenalnya prodi Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah dengan meningkatnya jumlah mahasiswa.

Abstract

The education curriculum must be adapted to the needs and characteristics of students as it is created because it is constantly changing. To implement an independent curriculum, there are many challenges. One of them is predicting what will happen in the future and determining the best strategy to teach students at the primary level. So, this research has the aim of identifying the challenges and obstacles of implementing the independent curriculum at SDN 019 Bengalon school. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, which describes the subject about the situation and the data obtained during observation and questioning. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the curriculum at SDN 019 Bengalon school has been carried out optimally and is ongoing, although in its implementation there are still many shortcomings The obstacles and challenges that occur in the implementation of the independent curriculum are the inefficient time for teachers to master technology. The key to the success of the implementation of the curriculum in the driving school is that the principal and his teachers must have the willingness to make changes. The principal as the leader must be able to change the mindset of the Human Resources in the school to want to make changes so that the independent curriculum can be implemented.

Abstract

Islamic religious education (PAI) at MTs Hubbul Waton has undergone changes with the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. This curriculum emphasizes students' ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and adapt to change. In an effort to improve the quality of PAI education, a project-based learning model is applied to integrate these abilities. The project aims to improve students' ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and adapt to change through the PAI approach. In this implementation, students are divided into groups and given tasks to develop projects related to PAI materials. The project includes analysis, synthesis, and evaluation of PAI materials, as well as communication of the results through presentations and discussions. Thus, students can develop the ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and adapt to change. The implementation results showed an increase in students' ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and adapt to change. Students also show high interest and motivation in developing PAI projects. Thus, the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum through a project-based PAI learning model at Hubbul Waton MTs can be considered successful in improving the quality of PAI education.

Abstract

Significant changes in curriculum policy result in educational institutions and educators experiencing few obstacles in their adjustments to both learning and learning tools, such as the challenges faced in one school in East Kutai. The aim of this research is to determine the differences in curriculum challenges in forming religious character at SMA Negeri 2 Sangatta Utara. This research uses a qualitative research method with a description type, where the data obtained will be presented in the form of descriptions and illustrations. The results of this research are several challenges faced by educators in each curriculum implementation in forming religious character. These challenges include, 1) in the 2013 curriculum, there are too many aspects that teachers want to measure and observe for each student, 2) in the independent learning curriculum Teachers must be able to develop religious character education through P5 activities, 3) the characteristics of children raised or the character traits of each child raised, and 4) selecting methods that are in accordance with existing curriculum policies.
