<![CDATA[Abstrak: Berbagai potensi wisata dan kearifan lokal sekitar Unit Wisata Banjaran, unit usaha Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Guwosari Maju Sejahtera Kalurahan Guwosari, Pajangan, Bantul, belum diberdayakan secara optimal, kesadaran dan koordinasi masyarakat dengan BUMDes belum terbentuk secara utuh dan baik, operasioal berjalan tanpa peninjauan optimal dari BUMDes. Solusi implementatif pendampingan restrukturisasi sistem dan tata kelola wisata melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD) ditawarkan guna meningkatkan pemahaman bagaimana potensi wisata dan kearifan lokal dapat diberdayakan sehingga memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat serta bagaimana sinergisme kolaborasi antar pihak seharusnya dijalankan. Secara bersamaan pedoman restrukturisasi sistem dan tata kelola wisata dirumuskan sebagai panduan masyarakat dalam revitalisasi Unit Wisata Banjaran. Peserta pendampingan berjumlah 12 orang terdiri dari pengelola BUMDes, kepala dukuh, serta warga pengelola terdahulu dan berjalan. Hasil pendampingan diperoleh rumusan rekomendasi restrukturisasi melalui pendekatan desa wisata dan Community Based Tourism (CBT) yang termuat dalam buku “Restrukturisasi Sistem dan Tata Kelola Unit Wisata Banjaran”, dimana hampir 99% peserta pendampingan mengungkapkan persetujuan atas berbagai rekomendasi yang tercantum.Abstract: Various tourism potentials and local wisdom around the Banjaran Tourism Unit, a business unit of the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Guwosari Maju Sejahtera Kalurahan Guwosari, Pajangan, Bantul, have not been optimally empowered, community awareness and coordination with BUMDes have not been fully and well formed, operations are running without optimal review from BUMDes. Implementative solutions to assist the restructuring of tourism systems and governance through Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) are offered to increase understanding of how tourism potential and local wisdom can be empowered so as to provide benefits to the community and how collaborative synergism between parties should be carried out. Simultaneously, guidelines for restructuring the tourism system and governance were formulated as a community guide in revitalizing the Banjaran Tourism Unit. Assistance participants totaled 12 people consisting of BUMDes managers, dukuh heads, and residents of previous and current managers. The results of the assistance obtained the formulation of restructuring recommendations through the approach of village tourism and Community Based Tourism (CBT) contained in the book "Restructuring the System and Governance of the Banjaran Tourism Unit", where almost 99% of the mentoring participants expressed approval of the various recommendations listed. ]]>
