Abstract

Guru atau pendidik memiliki kewajiban membekali anak-anak atau peserta didik dengan sebuah aqidah dan juga akhlak dengan tujuan terbentuknya suatu nilai-nilai karakter pada diri anak. Dalam penelitian ini akan dipelajari strategi guru akidah akhlak dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter di MA terpadu nurul qodiri lampung tengah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai-nilai karakter yang tercermin dari siswa MA Terpadu Nurul Qodiri antara lain religious; integritas; mandiri; nasionalis; dan gotong royong. Strategi yang dilakukan oleh guru akidah akhlak dalam membentuk nilai-nilai karakter kepada siswa antara lain pembiasaan shalat dhuha; nasihat dan motivasi; tugas tambahan; kerja kelompok; dan presentasi tugas.

Abstract

This article focuses on discussing total quality management in Islamic educational institutions. Teamwork in handling projects to improve or develop the quality of education is carried out through empowering employees and their work groups by giving them greater responsibility. The researcher uses a literature study conducted on several data findings from well-known journal publications such as Google Book, Google Scholar, Taylor & France, Elsevier, and other publications that discuss total quality management issues. To get answers to this research problem, researchers involved coding systems, data interpretation, and high-level evaluation to obtain valid and reliable data. The results of the research show that the existence of cooperation in an educational institution is the main capital in achieving quality and stakeholder satisfaction through a process of continuous quality improvement. Teachers, staff and everyone else in educational institutions also provide services to colleagues and fellow internal customers. Bad internal relations will hinder the development of an institution. Total Quality Management (TQM) transforms school institutions into a team to achieve one goal which is to satisfy all customers. The role of parents in motivating children from an early age is a big capital for children's success in school.

Abstract

Darussalam Gontor Modern Boarding School is one of the Islamic boarding schools that pays great attention to teaching Arabic. In making ta'bir ‘essay’ there are still many errors in the structure and teachers have tried to overcome the errors contained in their writings so that researchers see the need for media development with the use of modern technology. The purpose of this study is to develop learning media using macro flash which contains exercises on rules based on errors in al-Taʻbīr al-Tahrīrī lesson and to see the effectiveness of using macromedia flash in Darussalam Gontor Modern Boarding School. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D), using qualitative-quantitative research methods, to calculate researcher data using the SPSS 16 program. From the results of the study, researchers concluded that the media product developed was in the form of the first, front screen which is the title of the program and contains a program start button. Second, the screen contains general buttons consisting of muqadimah, learning objectives, things that must be considered by the teacher and buttons to go to the practice screen. Third, the screen contains a button to go to each training title that will be done. Fourth, a screen containing exercises. The effectiveness of the program can be seen from the pre-test and post-test scores in small groups and large groups as well as from the answers to student questionnaires that show that the Macromedia flash program helps teachers and students in increasing their abilities in qāidah naḥwiyah ‘Arabic structure’. After going through several stages, researchers hope that there will be further researchers who will develop technology-based learning media in other subjects.
