Abstract

Manajemen risiko dapat diartikan sebagai suatu pendekatan mengenai risiko dan ketidakpastian dengan melakukan suatu identifikasi, analis dan mitigasi sebagai dasar tindakan untuk meminimalkan dampak dari risiko tersebut. Demikian juga halnya dengan proyek pembangunan Stasiun Kereta Api Garut-Cibatu ini perlu dipertimbangkan juga mengenai risiko-risiko yang akan ditimbulkan dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan operasionalnya. Pada proyek pembangunan Stasiun Kereta Api Garut-Cibatu ini banyak terdapat risiko karena bangunan tersebut menggunakan alat-alat berat dan melibatkan cukup banyak sumber daya manusia yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian terutama terhindar dari risiko kecelakaan. Identifikasi risiko tahap pertama dalam kegiatan manajemen risiko dimana kita melakukan identifikasi risiko yang terdapat dalam suatu kegiatan atau proses dengan cara membagikan Kuesioner dan di olah data dengan metode AHP dan Skala Likert. Faktor utama yang menjadi prioritas dalam mempengaruhi pelaksanaan manajemen risiko proyek Stasiun Garut-Cibatu berdasarkan variabel yaitu: risiko pelaksaan konstruksi (0,222) dengan sub variabel tertinggi yaitu keamanan proyek dan sabotase proyek dengan masing-masing bobot rata-rata (0,333) dan bobot akhir (0,074).

Abstract

The market is a public facility for people to obtain the necessities of life. Activities that occur in the market are not only buying and selling activities but also allow for acculturation of community culture. Like the Wonokriyo Market which is a wholesale market in Kebumen Regency as a public facility that encourages the economy of the community and local government. Wonokriyo Market also has non-bus terminal facilities in it and is directly adjacent to a provincial road, namely Jalan Yosudarso. Various problems at Wonokroyo Market, such as the absence of renovation in the last ten years, undirected access to the Wonokriyo Market area, the large number of traders selling more than the size of the stalls or stalls, the lack of drainage and garbage disposal so that the market looks slum. Various problems and conditions at Wonokriyo Market, the research question is how is the concept of structuring Wonokriyo Market so that it becomes the image of the Yosudarso Street area, Kebumen? Based on the analysis in determining the structuring concept of Wonokriyo Market, it classifies issues, objectives and criteria to obtain structuring design concepts and solve problems in the field. The building period for Wonokriyo Market was designed to be a landmark that has the character of the image of Jalan Yosudarso, Kebumen.

Abstract

Tourism villages are an alternative to accommodate the needs of tourists where the potential of rural areas in the form of rural natural scenery, historical and cultural heritage as well as various folk arts and crafts have so far attracted the interest of tourists. Cinunuk Wanaraja Village, Garut Regency is considered to have various tourism potentials that can be an attraction, one of which is religious tourism and bathing tours in Cibolerang. If natural uniqueness or activities already exist in a village, then the next step is empowering the community to be involved in developing tourism potential in Cinunuk village, but this development has not run optimally because the potential of the village has not been maximally explored and there is still a lack of utilization of technology to support the tourism potential of Cinunuk. The method used is mixed methods including qualitative methods to examine aspects of supply, community characteristics and policies, quantitative methods to examine aspects of tourist interest and observation methods. With work programs that include improving environmental quality, industrial programs and the application of technology can solve problems faced by residents and can provide benefits in achieving increasing public awareness of environmental quality, increasing public knowledge of economic activities and increasing mastery of community information technology to support the development of tourist villages kiss.
