Abstract

Character education is important to be implemented in students as early as possible and on an ongoing basis. School is a strategic place for character education because children from all walks of life will receive education at school. In addition, children spend most of their time at school, so what they get at school will affect the formation of their character. Therefore, character education must be applied to all levels of formal education, but a larger portion must be given to the elementary school level compared to other levels of education. This is because elementary school students are still not contaminated by bad qualities, so it is very possible to instill the noble character or character of our nation which will eventually stick in the souls of children until they grow up. In the practice of character education in schools, all components must be involved, including the components of education itself, namely curriculum content, learning and assessment processes, subject handling or management, school management, implementation of extracurricular activities or activities, empowering facilities and infrastructure, financing, and the work ethic of all members of the school/environment. Each component must mutually support the implementation of proper character education, cannot stand alone and must be sustainable.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi merupakan suatu padanan yang tidak terpisahkan tentang segala kegiatan yang terkait dengan pemprosesan, manipulasi, dan transfer atau pengalihan informasi antar media dengan memanfaatkan perangkat teknologi yang tepat sehingga berlangsung efektif dan efisian dan memerikan nilai tambah dalam proses interaksi sosial. Pendidikan di Indonesia saat ini mulai mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi diharapkan mampu meningkatkan keberhasilan proses pembelajaran. Tujuan program pelatihan ini adalah untuk menambah dan memperluas wawasan dan pengetahuan siswa sekolah dasar dalam memahami dan mengaplikasikan Microsoft word secara optimal. Proses pelatihan yang dilakukan menggunakan metode penjelasan dan praktek menggunakan perangkat seperti laptop dan komputer. Pendekatan ini dilakukan untuk pengenalan proses belajar yang interaktif. Selain itu, siswa dapat langsung memahami apa yang diajarkan jika dibarengi dengan praktek. Hasil dari pelatihan yang dilakukan ini adalah menambah ilmu dan wawasan siswa-siswi SDN Kesek 2 dalam menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Word. Siswa-siswi SDN Kesek 2, yang sebelumnya tidak bisa mengoperasikan komputer dan belum bisa menggunakan program Microsoft Word secara optimal, saat ini mulai menguasai program aplikasi Microsoft Word berkat pelatihan oleh tim PKM.

Abstract

Peningkatan pembelajaran yang terjadi pada anak sekolah dasar sering menggunakan materi yang sudah ada pada buku materi, hal ini mendorong untuk penulis melakukan pendekatan untuk pembelajaran pada anak sekolah dasar dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran miniatur kardus lalu lintas. Miniatur kardus lalu lintas mengajarkan pada anak sekolah dasar untuk bisa melihat sekilas bagaimana bentuk atau wujud jalanan yang ada pada umumnya. Pendekatan ini dilakukan untuk pengenalan proses belajar yang interaktif. Selain itu, dapat menanamkan rasa taat berlalu lintas sejak usia dini. Pada usia anak-anak lebih mudah untuk menyerap nilai-nilai patuh pada rambu-rambu lalu lintas karena pada dasarnya anak-anak akan selalu berinteraksi dengan sistem lalu lintas dan jalan raya dalam menjalankan aktivitasnya. Dengan keterbatasan-keterbatasan tersebut maka khususnya siswa-siswi Kelas IV SD sangat membutuhkan metode pembelajaran ini untuk mengenalkan rambu-rambu lalu lintas, khususnya rambu peringatan, larangan, perintah dan petunjuk berbasis android sebagai pembelajaran interaktif, dengan harapan agar dapat memotivasi siswa-siswi dalam membantu belajar memahami dan mengerti konsep-konsep rambu rambu lalu lintas tanpa harus membawa buku dan pengajaran menjadi lebih menarik sehingga dapat memotivasi belajar siswa-siswi SD baik di sekolah maupun diluar sekolah. Selain itu, media pembelajaran miniatur kardus lalu lintas ini bisa melatih kreativitas siswa untuk menjadi siswa yang berkreatif dan menarik.

Abstract

Implementing the learning process in several elementary schools still emphasizes mastery of learning materials or theory-based learning. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the threaded integrative learning model in developing elementary school students' creative thinking skills as one of the essential skills in the 21st century. This study used an experimental research design with a pretest-posttest control group design. The population of this research is 313 students. The sample of this research was 173 students of class V selected using the cluster random sampling technique. Methods of data collection using tests. The instrument used to collect data is test questions. Data analysis techniques using descriptive qualitative analysis, quantitative, and inferential statistics. The study results showed a difference between the creative thinking skills of the experimental group students, who were taught by the threaded type of integrative learning model, and the control group, who were prepared by conventional methods. The threaded integrative learning model could develop the creative thinking skills of elementary school students. The threaded integrative learning model makes it easier for students to learn so that they can develop the creative thinking skills of elementary school students.

Abstract

Inadequate of schools and educators is less than optimal in implementing character education and the values contained in the Pancasila principles into learning at school or personal habituation. Implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile is less than optimal. This research aims to examine the implementation of religious values in the profile of Pancasila students in elementary schools in Madura. The type of research chosen in this research is qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The aim is to describe the implementation of Religious Values in the Pancasila Student Profile in Madura. This research was conducted at several elementary schools on Madura Island, including: SDN Gili Anyar 1 Bangkalan, SDN Kamal 2 Bangkalan, SDN Buddagan 2 Pamekasan, SDN Blumbungan 3 Pamekasan. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the implementation of religious values is carried out through activities (a) praying after and completing learning (b) memorizing short surahs before starting lessons (c) listening to chants of the holy verses of the Koran every Friday during learning activities (d) commemorating Islamic holidays (e) celebration of santri day by wearing Muslim dress.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of living in harmony through the STAD-type cooperative model for fourth-grade students at SDN Labang. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with descriptive research. Data collection techniques in this study include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the learning process using the cooperative model in living in harmony at SDN Labang is going well. Students can carry out learning in harmony through group work. The teacher has also been successful in implementing the STAD-type cooperative model well with students. So that students can get closer and live in harmony with their friends.
