Abstract

The purpose of this stuy is to determine the principle of public service in the office of the Bima City weighbridge retribution, the population of this study is 39 respondents consisting of leaders and, drivers, and traders / entrepreneurs, given the relatively small population and easy to reach population distribution, the sample of the population using random sampling so that the sample amounted to 30 respondents. Quantitative descriptive research is research that is used to analyze data by describing it. Quantitative descriptive is meant in this study, describes and describes and analyzes the answers from the sample that provides options for the answers provided in the form of a questionnaire. The results of this study are the responses of respondents, who said that 20 people or 51.28% answered accordingly, 12 people or 30.77% answered accordingly, 7 people or 17.95% who answered did not fit. or 0% For the simplicity of public service variables, which means that services are carried out in an easy, fast, precise, straightforward, straightforward manner, easily understood by the people who carry out services Keywords; Implementation, Retribution, Public Service

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explain "the implementation of the poja village ambulance program policy in sape sub-district, bima district. This research uses a qualitative approach method. data sources are obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. the village ambulance program policy is one of the public service programs found in poja village, sape sub-district, bima district. Lack of socialization to the community is also one of the factors that cause policies that have been made to be less well implemented. factors like this are less considered by those who only provide what has become a village government program. based on the results of research that has been done, it can be seen that the operational implementation of the village ambulance is still not optimal. The commitment of the implementor in this case, namely the village government, has commitment and honesty and democratic siftat where the implementor is very upholding the commitment not to accept payments for people who use ambulances, and (3) the bureaucratic structure in this program is still said to be not good because it is related to the SOP.

Abstract

Untuk mewujudkan pelayanan publik yang berkualitas (prima) merupakan salah satu ciri kepemerintahan yang baik (good governance) sebagai tujuan dan pendayagunaan aparatur negara. Disadari bahwa kebijakan pendayagunaan aparatur negara khususnya memperhatikan tuntutan dan dinamika masyarakat yang berada dalam suasana euphoria reformasi, demokratisasi, desentralisasi, otonomi daerah dan penegakan Hak Azazi Manusia, termasuk antisipasi terhadap kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik merupakan upaya terus-menerus, berkelanjutan dan dilaksanakan oleh semua jajaran aparatur pemerintah. Adapun rumusan masalah yaitu bagaiamana prinsip pelayanan yang diaktualisasi dan bagaimana konfigurasi konkret aktualisasi prinsip pelayanan. Adapun metode penelitan yaitu kuantitatif, Data yang terkumpul kemudian di analisa dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS 16.0 for windows. Untuk menyajikan data yang sistematis berdasarkan quisioner yang diberikan kepada responden dan diperkuat oleh observasi langsung kemudian jumlah responden sebanyak 39 orang. Adapun hasil penelitian yaitu mayoritas atau dominan responden menjawab baik dengan jumlah responden yang memberikan tanggapan baik sebanyak 20 orang dari 39 responden atau mencapai 51,28 %. kurang baik dengan jumlah responden yang memberikan tanggapan kurang baik sebanyak 20 orang dari 39 responden atau mencapai 51,18 %.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the form of collaboration between village institutions and the village government in carrying out the development of panda village, palibelo sub-district, bima district. With the research method, namely qualitative, the results of the research are that the development of panda village also collaborates and involves BPD, youth organizations, village youth, religious / community leaders. plays a very important and strategic role in national and regional development because it contains elements of equitable development and its effects directly touch the interests of rural communities and in the form of improving welfare. In Village Development, the village government as a subsystem of the Indonesian government system allows the village to have the power, duties and obligations to regulate and manage the interests of its own community, the fulfillment of the authority of duties and obligations in the administration of village government and development requires a village-level source of income. The role of the Panda Village Government in the implementation of village development includes the supply of funds. This means distributing funds from the APBDes (Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget), district government sharing funds, and social assistance program funds such as PNPM to be handed over to the community through the development implementation committee

Abstract

Pelayanan bukti lulus uji elektronik unit pelaksana teknis daerah pengujian kendaraan bermotor dinas perhubungan Kota Bima telah melakukan transformasi dari layanan tradisional ke layanan digital. Keberadaanya mempermudah proses komunikasi antara penyedia layanan da n konsumen khususnya masyarat Kota Bima. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi strategi komunikasi Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor Dinas Perhubungan Kota Bima layanan pelayanan bukti lulus uji elektronik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara mengamati setiap proses layanan uji elektronik dan mengumpulkan berbagai bahan, catatan lapangan dan melakukan wawancara pada narasumber yang terpercaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif yang bercorak naturalistik dengan memulai pendekatan induktif secara alamiah.. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor Dinas Perhubungan Kota Bima telah mengimplementasikan strategi komunikasi melalui beberapa cara yaitu mengenal masyarakat melalui identitas diri, merancang metode, melalui sosialisasi dan kerja sama dan penggunaan media online dan offline sehingga Implementasi ini dikaitkan dengan hubungan transformasi penggunaan perangkat dari tradisional ke dalam digital demi mempercepat layanan publik bagi pemilik kendaraan bermotor di kota Bima
