Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana Kepemimpinan transformasional dalam Manajemen Konflik disatuan pendidikan madrasah, khususnya Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs). Metode yang dipakai pada artikel penelitian ini adalah metode observasi atau lapangan. Dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. hasilnya bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional bisa sangat berperan aktif dalam menangai konflik-konflik yang terdapat dilembaga pendidikan. Memposisikan diri sebagai orang ketiga, mediator dan fasilitator dengan mengedepankan mediasi, musyawah, islah dan sebagainya dengan tidak berpihak serta tidak merugikan kedua belah pihak.

Abstract

Abstract with "School Principal's Visionary Leadership Style in Improving Teacher Performance at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman Sukabumi City". The main problems are: 1) What is the leadership style of the principal at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman, Sukabumi City? 2) What are the implications for the performance of teaching staff at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman, Sukabumi City? 3) How does the school principal transform the school's vision and mission in improving the quality of education at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman, Sukabumi City? The research method used is a qualitative research method, data collection techniques used are through observation, interviews, and documentation. While the objectives to be achieved are to determine the leadership style of the visionary principal at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman Sukabumi City and to find out the implications for the performance of educational staff at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman Sukabumi City. The results of this study indicate that the principal's leadership style applied by the principal is generally responded to by good cooperation by his subordinates, who use a democratic-participatory leadership style. With this leadership that has an impact on educational staff because of democratic leadership the freedom to develop potential is enormous, good working relationships are established between superiors and subordinates, creating a comfortable work environment and understanding how important it is to invite all school parties to realize this vision in accordance with their duties and responsibilities. each. Thus the author can conclude that in this study principals are generally carried out with the cooperation of leaders and their members and how a leader motivates morale, fosters discipline, shows exemplary attitudes and behavior that school principal leadership in improving the performance of educational staff greatly contributes which is good for the progress of the quality of learning so that it can encourage the quality of education where the performance of educators and education staff is the key to success in the world of education. Research implication: The author suggests that the Principal maintains the main duties and functions of leadership that have been well developed, and continuously improves educational performance according to the needs of the institution and maintains time discipline and responsibility with each task as planned by the institution and prosper educators by carrying out assignments according to their respective pokies.

Abstract

Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran kepala sekolah dalam melaksanakan Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter (PPK) melalui pengelolaan dan kepemimpinan sekolah di MI Bojong Kaler. Kepala sekolah telah menjalankan fungsi manajemen dan kepemimpinan, sebagai inspirator, mendorong perubahan, sebagai figur teladan, mengembangkan ekosistem sekolah. Namun, peran kepala sekolah dalam dimensi fungsi pengawasan akademik dan manajerial, Sebagai inspirator, mendorong perubahan, sebagai contoh tokoh, mengembangkan ekosistem sekolah. Namun demikian, peran kepala sekolah dalam dimensi fungsi supervisi akademik dan manajerial khususnya dalam menindaklanjuti hasil supervisi akademik guru dalam rangka meningkatkan profesionalisme guru dan sebagai komunikator perlu ditingkatkan lagi. Manajemen dan kepemimpinan sekolah untuk melaksanakan Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter (PPK) di MI Bojong Kaler telah berjalan dengan baik (3,43) sesuai dimensi kepemimpinan dimensi organisasi, dimensi intelektual, dimensi relasional, dimensi pendidikan, dan dimensi personal.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan merupakan faktor yang sangat vital dalam dunia pendidikan. Pun, sampai saat ini kepemimpinan masih dipandang sebagai faktor yang sangat penting untuk efektivitas organisasi, juga mempengaruhi hampir semua kehidupan manusia. Diantara gaya kepemimpinan adalah servant leadership yaitu kepemimpinan yang mampu mendengarkan orang lain, mampu berempati, mampu melakukan penyembuhan, memiliki kesadaran, mampu melakukan persuasi, mampu membuat konsep, memiliki visi, mampu melakukan penata layanan, memiliki komitmen untuk pertumbuhan manusia, dan mampu membangun komunitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh servant leadership yang dilakukan di Madrasah Aliyah Al Ma’tuq sebagai upaya untuk mereview tentang servant leadership dengan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriftif dengan perolehan data dari wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi, dengan memilih beberapa informan yang terdiri dari kepala Madrasah, kepala bidang akademik dan kasie Kurikulum. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa servant leadership bisa digunakan sebagai alternative model kepemimpinan di lingkungan Pendidikan terlebih Madrasah Aliyah berbasis pondok pesantren yang memiliki tingkat sosial yang erat dan hubungan manusia yang terkait satu sama lainnya.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia adalah modal atau aset suatu perusahaan atau lembaga yang sangat penting untuk dikelola sebagai upaya pencapaian tujuan. Manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam perspektif Islam telah dilaksanakan oleh Rasulullah SAW. ketika ia menerima mandat kerasulan sampai Islam tegak dan berkembang hingga mencapai 3/4 bagian dunia setelah ia wafat. Hal itu dapat dilihat melalui hadis-hadits otentik yang berkaitan dengan perjalanan kepemimpinan Nabi Muhammad SAW. Hadis adalah sumber hukum kedua setelah Al-Qur'an dalam sumber-sumber hukum Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam perspektif Islam ditinjau dari hadits. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kajian pustaka. Data diperoleh melalui pencarian buku sumber primer dan artikel yang telah dipublikasikan di jurnal ilmiah. Manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam perspektif Islam adalah kegiatan merencanakan, mengatur, mengarahkan, mengembangkan, memberikan kompensasi, dan mengawasi sumber daya manusia dalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya untuk mencapai tujuan dan dalam rangka beribadah kepada Allah SWT. Hasil kajian hadits terkait pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, yang dilakukan oleh Rasulullah SAW. meliputi perencanaan kebutuhan, analisis jabatan, rekrutmen karyawan berdasarkan kualifikasi, kemampuan, integritas, dan loyalitas. Pengembangan karyawan melalui peningkatan iman (aqidah), pengetahuan, dan keterampilan, serta moral (karakter). Rasulullah juga memperhatikan kesejahteraan karyawan, kompensasi atas layanan karyawan secara tepat waktu.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research using field research methods and literature review which aims to explore and analyze the contribution of the application of cybernetic learning theory in increasing student learning creativity in the subject of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at Elementary School IT Assajidin, Sukabumi Regency. Cybernetic learning theory is an approach that sees learning as a system that is interconnected between existing elements, including students, teachers, the learning environment, and the interactions within it. This research involves a literature review process that focuses on studying cybernetic learning theory and its impact on increasing student learning creativity in the context of PAI subjects at SD IT Assajidin. Data and information were obtained through searches of related journals, scientific articles and other relevant literature. The results of the literature review show that the application of cybernetic learning theory has great potential in increasing student learning creativity in PAI subjects at SD IT Assajidin, Sukabumi Regency. The concept of interaction between learning elements in this theory is able to create an environment that stimulates the development of students' creativity through dialogue, reflection, and adaptation to their learning experiences. In addition, the observation results also reveal that the cybernetic approach can assist teachers in designing learning strategies that are more dynamic and flexible, so that they are able to overcome challenges that may arise in learning PAI subjects. Interactions centered on cybernetic learning can also encourage students to think critically, collaborate with others, and develop unique ways of understanding religious concepts. This study underscores the importance of applying cybernetic learning theory in the context of Islamic religious education at SD IT Assajidin, Sukabumi Regency. Nonetheless, further research is needed to investigate the concrete implementation of this theory in teaching PAI and the real impact it produces in increasing student learning creativity.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the implementation of the STEAM Learning Model (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) in increasing the creativity of students at RA Al-Manshuriyah. The STEAM learning model is an interdisciplinary approach that combines elements of science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics in learning. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach and used the case study method as the research design. The results showed that the implementation of the STEAM Learning Model at RA Al-Manshuriyah succeeded in increasing the creativity of students. In this context, creativity is measured through indicators such as the fluency of ideas, the ability to think creatively, the flexibility of thinking, and respect for works of art and innovation. The STEAM model provides students with opportunities to develop creative thinking skills through interdisciplinary learning experiences and complex problem solving. In addition, this learning model also stimulates collaboration between students in team projects that allow them to share ideas and collaborate in creating innovative solutions. The implementation of STEAM also increases student adaptation to change and fosters appreciation for art and innovation. The STEAM Learning Model has proven its success in increasing the creativity of students at RA Al-Manshuriyah. These results illustrate the importance of an interdisciplinary educational approach to fostering student creativity in diverse educational settings. The implication of this research is the importance of continuing the development of the STEAM approach in the context of formal education to further optimize students' creative potential.

Abstract

This study seeks to identify the implementation of human resource management in improving the quality of education, as well as the factors that support the implementation. This research was conducted at MAN 1 Kab. Sukabumi using qualitative descriptive methodology. The findings of this study show that the implementation of Human Resource Management to Improve the Quality of Education consists of several stages, including a) needs and information analysis, b) teacher recruitment, c) induction of new employees, d) teacher placement, e) granting authority and responsibility for staff, f) implementing supervision, g) providing teacher welfare, h) employee career development, termination of employment, and j) rewarding. While the Supporting Factors are a) the principal has many considerations, b) programs implemented in schools can bring changes and positive impacts, c) facilities and infrastructure can be utilized optimally, and d) there is an evaluation, the Proposal Factors are a) the principal has many considerations, b) programs implemented in schools can bring changes and positive impacts.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the concept of authoritarian leadership style at Mts Al-Hakim Sukabumi. This type of research is a case study of research in the field using primary data sources obtained through direct interviews. In addition, data was obtained through literature study using secondary data sources which were summarized and collected from laws, websites, books, e-books and other sources that were highly relevant to the research problem discussed. The data of this research were analyzed qualitatively and interactively, starting from data collection, reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study illustrate that the concept of leadership style at Mts Al-Hakim Sukabumi is divided into 4 types, namely intimidation, reflection, adaptation, and reaction. The recommendation of this research is that the principal is expected to have a more appropriate and adaptive application of his leadership style. Furthermore, for other researchers, it is suggested to expand the research by including other literature or other methods based on leadership style to further explore what concepts and factors are related to the principal's leadership style.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of democratic leadership style on performance at KKM MTs Sukaumi City. The variables used in this study were Democratic Leadership Style as the dependent variable and the performance variable of the MTs KKM Members as the independent variable, while data collection techniques used observation and field studies in this study, the researcher interacted directly with all members of the MTs KKM Sukabumi City. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between democratic leadership style on the performance of KKM MTs Sukabumi members. Researchers get information and facts, that the attitude of the KKM MTs Sukabumi City leaders is democratic, harmonious communication is established between the chairman and its members, the chairman always provides joint performance motivation for its members.
