Abstract

This study will examine the impact of the population aging phenomenon on innovation and long-term macroeconomic balance in several East Asian countries. The variables used in this study include the number of elderly population, population growth, income per capita, birth rate, death rate, institutional quality, education level, unemployment rate and gross national expenditure. The data analysis method that will be used is the Monash-China Hunan-University General Equilibrium (MC-HUGE) model which is the development of the Computable General Equilibrium (CGE) model. The MC-HUGE model is built on the Walrasian general equilibrium theory and input-output theory, including the three main elements in production activities, namely land, capital and labor.

Abstract

The phenomenon of the development of small industries is an interesting thing to study. Given the small industry has special characteristics that are not owned by medium and large industries. This research will focus on the role of the entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial values ​​in its influence on the business independence of small industry players in the Madiun City, East Java, Indonesia. This research will be designed by exploring primary data in the form of a questionnaire and will use 50 small industry samples in the Madiun City, East Java Province, Indonesia. Furthermore, to solve the problem formulation, Structural Equation Modeling will be used as a tool to analyze data. The results of the analysis show that the value of entrepreneurship influences entrepreneurial behavior, entrepreneurial spirit and the value of entrepreneurship influences business independence.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan entitas Nirlaba di Indonesia berdasarkan UU No. 28 Tahun 2004 tentang Yayasan, mendefinisikan dasar sebagai badan hukum non-anggota, didirikan berdasarkan pemisahan aset, dan dimaksudkan sebagai sarana untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu di bidang sosial, keagamaan, atau bidang kemanusiaan. Pondok Pesantren dalam mengelola entitas nirlaba belum dikelola secara profesional. Tim pengabdian masyarakat selaku kaum akademis akan mencoba memberi pelatihan, dan menyadari rendahnya sumber daya manusia yang diakibatkan kurangnya pemahaman tentang penyusunan laporan keuangan bagi masyarakat pada umumnya. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat yang saya lakukan adalah membimbing dan melatih masyarakat khususnya pondok pesantren Miftahul Huda Desa Doho Kecamatan Dolopo, Kabupaten Madiun dalam mengelola organisasinya agar transparan dan akuntabel. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan dan kemampuan dalam menyusun laporan keuangan secara umum belum memadai, hal ini ditunjukan dari hasil sebelum dan setelah tes dilakukan. Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Huda belum memahami secara keseluruhan tentang penyusunan laporan keuangan berdasarkan PSAK 109.

Abstract

This study identifies the impact of economic factors on bilateral exports between Indonesia and OIC member countries. Estimation panel data for the graphical model, the data covers the period 1997 to 2021. The gravity estimate implies the importance of size effects, economic emergence rates, inflation rates, and exchange rates as determinants of Indonesia's exports to OIC countries. The individual effect estimates show how far the distance and institutions are in increasing exports of Indonesia and OIC member countries.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a roadmap for controlling regional inflation in Indonesia. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data in question is data sourced from interviews regarding the main tasks and functions of the Regional Inflation Control Team (TPID), while secondary data is data regarding changes in inflation in Indonesia from year to year sourced from BPS. This research method is descriptive research that utilizes literature from various related sources. The results of the study show the importance of coordination between the central government and regional governments in controlling regional inflation.

Abstract

PPAT's responsibility for discrepancies in electronic certificate checking results and efforts to resolve discrepancies in electronic certificate checking results. This writing uses normative legal research methods by examining regulations related to the role of PPAT in checking certificates electronically in land sale and purchase agreements, by applying a statutory approach, and a conceptual approach, as well as using primary, secondary and legal materials. tertiary then the results are described descriptively. The research results show that the responsibility of PPAT, which is directly involved in the electronic certificate checking process, is to ensure that the data, both jurisdic data and physical data on the results of electronic certificate checking, are in accordance with the original certificate. Efforts that can be made by PPAT if there is a data discrepancy, PPAT sends a notification through the relevant information service system so that data that is inconsistent is immediately updated or by visiting the BPN office, bringing proof of the results of checking the printed electronic certificate and the original certificate. Then the BPN will provide information by updating the data in the system.

Abstract

Kondisi ekonomi masyarakat desa Sampung kabupaten Magetan umumnya ditopang dari sektor pertanian. Masyarakat ada yang memiliki sawah sendiri maupun hanya sebagai buruh tani. Masyarakat yang bekerja sebagai buruh tani akan mendapatkan penghasilan saat musim tanam maupun musim panen tiba, sehingga direntang antara masa tanan dan masa panen itu masyarakat harus aktif untuk mencari pendapatan yang berasal dari luar sektor pertanian. Program ini memberikan pelatihan dan pengetahuan yang bisa digunakan masyarakat untuk mendapatkan penghasilan tambahan. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan adalah membimbing dan melatih masyarakat Desa Sampung Kabupaten Magetan untuk dapat mendapatkan penghasilan tambahan dari luar sektor pertanian. Untuk memecahkan masalah itu, salah satu solusi yang ditawarkan berupa Pelatihan Budidaya Dan Manajemen Pemasaran Bougenville Impor Dengan Teknik Okulasi Guna Meningkatkan Taraf Ekonomi Masyarakat. Pelatihan ini tidak hanya memberikan teknik dan cara budidaya saja, tetapi juga manajemen pemasaran dari hasil budidaya. Dengan memiliki keahlian budidaya bougenville ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan penghasilan tambahan tanpa mengganggu pekerjaan utama mereka.
