Abstract

The problem of the research is what kinds of figurative language are found in Niki Zefanya’s song, title Every Summertime. The objective of the research is to find out the kinds of figurative language in Niki Zefanya’s song, title Every Summertime. This research used qualitative methods. By doing this research, the researcher used Perrine’s theory about various of figurative language as the basic in analysing the data. The source of the data is Every Summertime song lyric by Niki Zefanya. The data of this research is figurative sentence which contained in the song lyrics by Niki Zefanya. After being analysed, the researcher found allegory has 1 data, hyperbole is 2 data, personification is 1 data, synecdoche is 1 data, metaphor is 1 data, and metonymy is 1 data. The total of the data is 7 data.

Abstract

Subtitling strategies are strategies used by audio-visual translators in translating an audio-visual product into the subtitle form. This research aimed to find out the subtitling strategies used and the most strategies frequently used by EveryAgent in Dune movie. This research used theory by Henrik Gottlieb (1992). This research used qualitative method. The source data of this research is Dune movie, and the data of this research are the subtitles in Dune movie. The results of this research showed that there are 29 data of condensation, 5 data of decimation, 1 datum of deletion, 6 data of dislocation, 6 data of expansion, 50 data of imitation, 35 data of paraphrase, and 176 data of transfer. Based on those results, it can be concluded that transfer strategy is the most strategy applied in Dune movie.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis Peran Keadilan Distributif dan Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi terhadap perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior baik secara langsung maupun melalui Organizational Learning di PT. United Friends Indonesia. Menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan jumlah 67 orang karyawan, analisisnya kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan kuesioner. Structural Equation Model (SEM) digunakan sebagai metode analisis dan Smart – PLS digunakan sebagai alat analisis. Hasil penelitian, Keadilan Distributif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Keadilan Distributif dan Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Learning. Keadilan Distributif tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Learning melalui Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Learning melalui Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
