Abstract

In 2022, Indonesia will host the G20 Summit with one of the goals agreed upon by G20 members is to reduce carbon emissions produced by each G20 country. Therefore, a model design was made to consider the most optimal policy to overcome this. The research uses a dynamic system model, with the process of identifying and defining problems, system conceptualization, model formulation, model simulation, verification and validation of policy analysis models, and policy implementation. The most optimum result is the imposition of a tax per carbon emission on producing sources with an effectiveness of 20%.

Abstract

Bank X is a State-Owned Enterprise and operates in the banking sector. This bank is the largest financial institution in Indonesia when viewed from the total value of assets under management. But in its implementation, Bank X received several complaints from customers over the services provided This study's goal is to determine the extent of the services' level of quality and waste mapping using Service Performance and Lean Service methods and also provide appropriate improvement proposals. This research begins with data collection, questionnaire distribution, analyzing data with the service Performance method to find the quality of Bank X services, mapping waste from the service activities provided then determining the root cause of the problem and given improvement recommendations. Based on the outcomes of service performance methods, the percentage of customer satisfaction with the quality of Bank X's services was 80.516%, which means clients are content with the level of service they receive The attributes included in the priority are, has modern banking equipment (X2) and has supporting facilities and service facilities that are comfortable and clean and adequate (X3). While the results of processing about lean service are known to be critical waste is waiting 21% and unclear communication 21%.

Abstract

The purpose of material inventory control is to ensure that needs are met accurately and at an affordable cost. However, there is currently no precise method for regulating the supply of aluminum Ingot materials in enterprises. Companies currently face difficulties in controlling inventories because they have to adjust to fluctuations in unstable market demand. This results in inventory build-up when product demand decreases and inventory shortages when demand increases. This study aims to find an inventory control model that can determine the number of orders, order time, and safety inventory levels with the aim of minimizing total costs.. After analysis and calculation, the total cost of inventory model Q is Rp. 197.114.834.539, - per year with an optimal booking quantity of 422 tons, a return booking point of 558.33 tons, a safety stock value of 143.27 tons. Meanwhile, the total cost of inventory model P is Rp. 197,341,385,235, - per year with a period between orders of 0.078 years, the optimum inventory value of 1003.23 tons, safety stock value of 200.949 tons. The results showed that the inventory model Continuous Review System (Q) can produce the most minimum inventory costs.

Abstract

This research aims to increase the efficiency of raw material management in the Warmindo Sugar Pak Har UMKM business by considering possible risks, optimizing order sizes, and determining manufacturing order times. An approach using the FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) method is used to systematically identify risks that can affect the availability of raw materials. Next, this research looks for the optimal solution by calculating the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) to determine the economical order size. The first specific objective is to identify risks that may occur in procuring raw materials, while the second specific objective is to optimize order sizes in order to minimize storage and purchasing costs. The third step is to determine the optimal time to place an order for making raw materials in order to maintain a smooth production process and avoid stock shortages. The results of this research are expected to provide insight to Warmindo Sugar Pak Har MSMEs regarding the risks that need to be anticipated in procuring raw materials, provide recommendations regarding economical order sizes, and increase understanding regarding ordering time control. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of more effective and efficient raw material management strategies in the context of MSMEs.

Esa Kalen Jaya is a company that produces upper school shoes. But CV Essay Kalen Jaya experienced problems in the production, namely uncontrolled defective products produced by 1,542 pairs of upper shoes. So the need for analysis of the causes of defects and provide suggestions for quality improvement due to factors that cause product defects. To be able to determine the root cause of product defects used FTA (fault tree analysis) method. The result is that the cause of the occurrence of disability is caused by 9 factors. With improvement recommendations conduct training and evaluation on a regular basis to help improve the ability of workers in sewing so as to minimize errors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the number of rejected products (products that do not meet consumer and company standards) for 220 mL cup products using the six sigma method with 5 stages (define, measure, analyze, improve, and control) which will then be given improvement recommendations using failure mode effect analyze (FMEA). After going through the calculation process, it is known that the company's Deffect Per Million Opportunity (DPMO) value is 3.67 which indicates that the percentage of production without deffects is 96.32%. There are four critical to process (CTQ) in the 220 mL cup defect and the largest is the skewed seal with a percentage of 70%. The results of calculations using risk priority number (RPN) found recommendations in the form of corrective actions in 80% of the group of causes of oblique seal deffects so that it is hoped that the company will review and make improvements to the proposal so as to reduce deffects per million opportunity (DPMO) in the 220 mL cup production unit.
