<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peraturan pengelolaan sampah berbasis sumber di Bali dan kesesuaiannya dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 18 Tahun 2008 tentang Pengelolaan Sampah. Metode yang dipakai adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan dan komparatif. Tulisan ini menghasilkan bahwa Pergub Bali No. 47 Tahun 2019 belum memuat materi muatan rancangan perda tentang pengelolaan sampah secara komprehensif dan jika dibandingkan dengan perintah tegas pada UU No. 18 Tahun 2008 belum selaras. Pergub Bali No.47 Tahun 2019 sebagai peraturan daerah sejatinya harus selaras dengan Undang-Undang No.18 Tahun 2008 sesuai dengan asas hirarki dalam Undang-Undang No. 12 Tahun 2011 tentang pembentukan peraturan perundang-undangan. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the source-based waste management regulations in Bali and their compliance with Law Number 18 of 2008 concerning Waste Management. The method used is normative legal research with a statutory and comparative approach. This paper results that the Governor of Bali Regulation No. 47 of 2019 has not yet contained the material for the draft regional regulation on waste management comprehensively and when compared with the firm orders in Law no. 18 of 2008 has not been aligned.
