Abstract

Kompetensi siswa jurusan teknik komputer dan jaringan (TKJ) adalah sesuatu yang mutlak yang dapat dibuktikan dengan terhubungnya satu komputer dengan komputer atau peripheral lainnya. Oleh karena itu perlu dipejari dan dipraktekkan semua materi dasar dari jurusan tersebut. Pelatihan ini ditujukan pada siswa kelas 1 jurusan teknik komputer dan jaringan yang masih belajar teori disekolahnya yang memiliki keterbatasan alat praktek di SMK Migas Inovasi Riau kota pekanbaru. Semua peserta diberikan pelatihan dasar jaringan, pengenalan perangkat jaringan, kabel jaringan dan menghubungkan komputer dalam sebuah jaringan bebentuk skala kecil atau jaringan komputer lokal (LAN), pada akhir kegiatan diberikan projek membuat jaringan mini internet. Dalam 1 (satu) hari pelaksanaan peserta antusias mengikuti pelatihan dan mampu menyelesaikan tugas mini projek yang diberikan. Terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan peserta yaitu praktek pengkabelan dan membuat kabel jaringan 68% dan 83%, materi praktek membuat jaringan computer LAN 93% sedangkan untuk praktek membuat jaringan computer klien-server dan praktek membuat mini internet adalah 100%

Abstract

Class II Pekanbaru Port Health Office is a Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) under the Ministry of Health that is under the responsibility of the Director General of Disease Control and Environmental Health (Dirjen PP and PL). Based on Ministry of Health Regulation No. 2348 of 2011, Class II Pekanbaru Port Health Office has seven work areas, consisting of six work areas, such as the Kampung Dalam Work Area, Selat Panjang Sea Port Work Area, Buatan River Port Work Area, Siak Port Work Area, Tanjung Buton Sea Port Work Area, and Pekanbaru Duku River Port Work Area. However, data processing in the Pekanbaru Duku River Port work area has not been well-integrated with the head office, causing Class II Pekanbaru Port Health Office employees to face difficulties in data collection and presentation of information from daily activities and data archiving, such as ship surveillance, public health surveillance, and disease data surveillance. This also affects the performance of employees and the Class II Pekanbaru Port Health Office. It is hoped that the use of e-Archive as an information technology-based data and document management system can improve the performance of Class II Pekanbaru Port Health Office employees in presenting data and reporting documents.

Abstract

Police in the SPKT (Integrated Police Service Center) have a function that serves complaints from people who are involved in criminal acts, namely reports of fraud, robbery, embezzlement, robbery, loss of valuables, and so on. Due to complaints from the public at this time, the community needs fast service at the SPKT section. Because SPKT is the spearhead of the police service in providing services to the community to improve and facilitate the services needed by software. At the West Padang Police, if the community makes a complaint or request to the SPKT (Integrated Police Service Center), officers still use a conventional or un-computerized system the weakness of this system is that it is very possible that during the process there is an error in recording, inaccurate reports made, delays in finding the required data STTLP (Police Report Receipt), the officer must rewrite the book for archiving, then if the public makes a second request the officer must rewrite the applicant's data because it takes a long time to search for data.

Abstract

Based on the previous authors, it was concluded that the Department of Industry, Trade, Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives of Riau Province had limitations in collecting data on the status of MSMEs that had attended training or had not attended training, making the government's training incomplete and not on target. Efforts have been made to develop an information system that can verify MSME data using optical character recognition to record MSMEs that are spread across Riau Province has a lack of features so that the government can manage all products uploaded by MSME actors and MSME actors can register with a registered NIK. Application of Services and Data Collection for UMKM in Riau Province This further research includes developing features according to the analysis to the Disperindagkop UKM. The conclusion from the results of the development of this information system has successfully developed a feature where MSME actors cannot register with the same NIK, there is a feature so that the admin can manage all products that have been uploaded by MSME actors, product data collection where currently there is a product category that is produced by MSMEs and the categories of each type of service prepared so that it is hoped that it will make it easier for users to operate the information system.
