Abstract

Supervision and control in the organization is an activity that must be implemented. This activity is carried out to check the implementation of the tasks that have been set in the previous planning process. Then to find out whether there are irregularities, irregularities, or deficiencies in the implementation. If there is, revisions will be made in its implementation. So the function of controlling is to improve and to get good control, it is necessary to have a conceptual plan. The purpose of this writing is to examine the Koran's controlling issues related to their meaning and function in an institutional or non-institutional organization by using the interpretation of victory and the interpretation of al-Bayan and their correlation with management. Abstract

The implementation of Islamic education planning is one of the important efforts in developing the education system at Al IQRA's Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MIS) on Jalan PLTU No. 3 Belawan Sicanang. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Iqra' was founded on December 12, 1995 and has been around for about 28 years. The research method used in the Islamic Education Planning Implementation research (Principles, Objectives, Functions, Cycles, Models and Work as well as Planning Information) at MIS Al Iqra' Belawan is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. This research resulted that the implementation of Islamic education planning at MIS Al IQRA' Belawan has made a positive contribution in increasing the effectiveness and quality of Islamic education. However, there is still room for further development, such as increasing parental involvement, developing holistic Islamic-based assessments, and applying technology in Islamic learning. Abstract

The existence of full power or large progressive rights in determining policies to make decisions is limited to the interests of the school principal or those closest to him who are able to influence these decisions. This research uses a qualitative type of research with a qualitative descriptive approach by examining facts that occur in the field. This descriptive qualitative method is used to describe what is true about a symptom, variable or situation. The time this research was conducted was October 10 2023. The location of this research was at SD Negeri 01 Pematang Jering which is located at Jl. Bagan Pematang Jering Village, Sei Suka District, Batu Bara Regency, North Sumatra Province. This research resulted that the Principal's Decision Making Strategy at SD Negeri 01 Pematang Jering Village included identifying problems, drafting decisions, making choices and implementing decisions. Decision Making Style of the Principal of SDN. 01 Pematang Jering Village in Determining School Facilities and Infrastructure. Through the classification of the problems that occur, it can be concluded that the decisions taken by the principal at SD Negeri 01 Pematang Jering Village belong to the type of persuasive decision making style.
