Abstract

Pre-eclampsia or hypertension in pregnancy is a disease that can be detected early so that prevention can be done so that complications do not occur. One way to detect the presence of eclampsia is to carry out early detection using measurements of Body Mass Index (BMI) and blood pressure of pregnant women on a regular basis. Examination of mean arterial pressure in pregnant women with age in the first trimester as a strong predictor in cases of hypertension in pregnancy and preeclampsia. To determine the effect of the assessment of body mass index and mean arterial pressure as early detection of hypertension in pregnancy in the work area of the Trauma Center Health Center, Samarinda City. The method in this study combines two cross-sectional and prospective cohort time approaches. Sampling technique with Accidental Sampling as many as 50 people. Results: The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of MAP and BMI assessment with the incidence of Pre-Eclampsia and Eclampsia with a value (p-value = 0.000 = 0.05). There is an effect of the assessment of Mean Arterial Pressure (MAP) and Body Mass Index with the incidence of Pre-Eclampsia and Eclampsia in the work area of the Trauma Center Health Center in Samarinda City.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: ASI merupakan hadiah pertama untuk bayi baru lahir dikehidupannya. Masalah yang sering dihadapi ibu post partum adalah koostrum yang belum keluar sehingga perlu dilakukan upaya non farmakologis yaitu akupresure dan pijat oksitosin. Tujuan penelitian: mengetahui efektvfitas akupresure dan pijat oksitosin efektif terhadap waktu pengeluaran kolostrum pada ibu postpartum. Metodologi : Quasi experimental design dengan rancangan penelitian Post-test Only Design, populasi adalah seluruh ibu postpartum hari I dan II yang melahirkan di RSUD Ratu Aji Putri Botung Penajam Paser Utara. Instrumen penelitian adalah SOP dan lembar observasi. Teknik analisa data univariat dan analisa bivariat menggunakan uji independent t test. Hasil : Tidak ada perbedaan efektifitas waktu pengeluaran kolostrum antara kelompok yang dilakukan akupresure dan kelompok yang dilakukan pijat oksitosin pada ibu post partum di RSUD Ratu Aji Putri Botung dengan nilai p value 0,201 dimana selisih waktu pengeluaran kolostrum 0,575 jam. Kesimpulan : akupresure dan pijat oksitosin dapat mempercepat waktu pengeluaran kolostrum pada ibu post partum. Kata Kunci : Akupresure, Pijat Oksitosin, Waktu Pengeluaran Kolostrum

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the characteristics and knowledge of birth control pill acceptors with consumption compliance in the Barong Tongkok Health Center area. This type of research is analytic observational with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all birth control pill acceptors domiciled in the working area of ​​the Barong Tongkok health center, a total of 297 people. Sampling in this study used a proportional random sampling technique and obtained as many as 93 respondents. Data collection was carried out by interviewing using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the chi square test to determine the relationship between variables. The results of the hypothesis test are that there is a relationship between the characteristics of the respondents, namely age (p-value = 0.000), education (p-value = 0.000), and occupation (p-value = 0.021) with the respondents' compliance in taking birth control pills. There is also a relationship between knowledge and respondents' adherence to taking birth control pills with a p-value = 0.000 (<0.05).

Abstract

Print media and social media can be use to share the information of breastfeeding. In the previous study print media and social media efective to improve knowledge in the breastfeeding mothers. The purpose of the study was to explain the analysis of the effect of providing health education on exclusive breastfeeding with print media and social media on knowledge of breastfeeding mothers. This literature review design used a meta-analysis with a pre-post contrast meta-analysis design. Statistical data analysis was carried out computerized by using the metamar program to analyze standardized mean difference on the effect size. The results of the meta-analysis of literauture review on the effect of providing health education on exclusive breastfeeding with printed media on changes in knowledge of breastfeeding mothers obtained a p-value of 0.0013 (< 0.005) which means that there is a significant influence between print media and knowledge of breastfeeding mothers. The results of the meta-analysis of literature review on the effect of providing health education on exclusive breastfeeding with social media on changes in knowledge of breastfeeding mothers obtained a p-value of 0.0000 (< 0.005) which means that there is a significant influence between print media and knowledge of breastfeeding mothers.
