Abstract

To win the competition in the market, it requires the ability of a professional company manager to be able to meet market demand in an appropriate amount by paying attention to the inventory of goods so that they can get maximum profit. But the production process that occurs at Rotte Bakery is erratic every day which only relies on demand estimates, causing shortages and advantages in each production. Therefore, predictions are needed to make the right decisions in predicting the amount of production that will be produced in the following year. The data used are historical data on brown bread sales at Rotte Bakery for the period 2018-2020 and search data for brown bread in Riau for the period 2018-2020 (Google Trend). The results obtained from this study are the results of the analysis of the exponential method to obtain predictive information and the level of accuracy with MAPE to find the smallest error

Abstract

Shopping entrusted goods service or most commonly known as jastip (jasa titip) allowing consumen to buy goods through providers of services that are usually different cities or countries. People usualy use this service to purchase goods that are not available in their city, or they have limited acces to the goods. This study aims to determine the amount of commission feee on the PLGD.STORE jastip service by considering the factors that affect the commission on the jastip service. The aplication of Fuzzy Logic in this service is to regulate the ammount of commission fee. The basis fordetermining commission fee is based on the price, the distance and the volume of the product. In this research, we use Sugeno Logic to determine the ammount of the commision fee. The final results of this study are objective with theoretical calculations and are expected to be able to solve the problems in PLGD.STORE and give a win-win solution for both of the jastip service providers and the PLGD.STORE jastip consumers.

Abstract

Smartphone is a mobile phone that has the ability to use and function like a computer. The use of smartphones that are too frequent is one of the factors that trigger the damage caused, such as falling, being exposed to water or using the wrong way in everyday life. To help or protect smartphone users from deceit and cheating service workers that often occur today, an expert system is designed to detect hardware and software damage that occurs on smartphones in the form of applications. With this expert system, even ordinary people can find out the damage that occurs to smartphones which can only be obtained with the help of experts in their fields. This expert system is made using PHP and MySQL database so as to produce a web-based expert system to identify smartphone damage using the forward chaining method.
