Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, work environment, and work motivation on employees’ performance at the Port Authority and Harbormaster Office Class II Teluk Palu. This study applied a survey type and causal descriptive using a research population of 80 civil servants at the Port Authority and Harbormaster Office Class II Teluk Palu where all employees are designated as research samples through the census method. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study indicates that work discipline, work environment, and work motivation variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employees’ performance at the Port Authority and Harbormaster Office Class II Teluk Palu, with a Sig-F value of 0.000 < α 0.05. The work discipline variable partially has a significant effect on employees’ performance at The Port Authority and Harbormaster Office Class II Teluk Palu with a Sig-t X1 value is 0.000 < α 0.05; The work environment variable partially has a significant effect on employees’ performance at The Port Authority and Harbormaster Office Class II PTeluk Palu with a Sig-t X2 value of 0.018 < α 0.05; and the work motivation variable partially has a significant effect on employees’ performance at the Port Authority and Harbormaster Office Class II Teluk Palu with a Sig-t X3 value is 0.029 < 0 α.05. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the simultaneous or partially influenced variables of compensation, motivation, and organizational commitment on the performance of employees at PT. Citra Palu Minerals (CPM) in Poboya Village, Palu, Central Sulawesi. The research used a descriptive research type with a quantitative approach. The research sample used stratified random sampling. The type of data used in this research is quantitative which is collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation then analyzed using multiple linear regressions. The results of the research show that the variables of motivation, compensation and organizational commitment influence the performance of employees at PT. Citra Palu Minerals (CPM) in the Poboya Village, Palu simultaneously or partially. The significance value in the simultaneous and partial test obtained is smaller than the value of the level of significance (∝=0,05). Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of Work Training, Additional Income, and Discipline of Employee towards the Performance of Civil Servants in the Regional Apparatus Organization in Palu city. The research sample were 118 respondents of Echelon III Civil Servants in Palu City who was selected through a simple random sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that work training, additional income, and work discipline simultaneously have a significant influence on performance of employee in the Regional Apparatus Organization of Palu city. Work training has a positive and significant influence on performance of employee in the Regional Apparatus Organization of Palu city. Additional income has a positive and significant influence on performance of employee in the Regional Apparatus Organization of Palu city. Work discipline has a positive and significant influence on performance of employee in the Regional Apparatus Organization of Palu city. Abstract

This research aims to determine and to analyze: The effect of organizational commitment and culture on organizational citizenship behavior through job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the work area of ​​the Association of Private Universities Region IXa Central Sulawesi (APTISI IXa Central Sulawesi). The research population was 1886 lecturers at private universities in the working area of ​​APTISI IXa, Central Sulawesi. Seeing the large population, this research used the Probability Sampling technique with the Slovin formula to obtain Proportional Random Sampling as many as 330 research samples. The results reveal that Organizational Commitment had a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, with a P Value of 0.000 <0.05. Organizational Culture has no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, with a P Value of 0.066 > 0.05. Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, with a P Value of 0.000 <0.05. Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, with a P Value of 0.000 <0.05. Organizational Commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior, with a P Value of 0.000 <0.05. Organizational Commitment through Job Satisfaction has an effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, with a P Value of 0.00001617 <0.05. Organizational Culture through job satisfaction has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior, with a P value of 0.76895864 <0.05. Abstract

This research aims to find out the role of leadership from the perspective of intra-organizational communication at the Central Statistics Agency of Palu City. This research used a qualitative research method, to find out the facts and phenomena that occur regarding the leadership role from an intra-organizational perspective at the Central Statistics Agency of Palu City. The analysis consists of three stages, namely : data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of the research show that 1) openness, there is a very visible difference in the form of communication carried out by superiors to subordinates (section heads) with employees as the lowest ranks in the organizational level. 2) Empathy, the head of the Central Statistics Agency of Palu City has a high sense of empathy for the problems and work needs of his subordinates, and the situation is not conducive in the environment of the Central Statistics Agency of Palu City. However, for personal interests, the attitude of empathy from the leadership is still lacking. Support, the head of the Central Statistics Agency of Palu City has not fully provided support to subordinates while the support for the fulfillment of facilities and infrastructure is good. 3) Positivity, the work is given by the head of the Central Statistics Agency of Palu City to its employees is responded to with a positive attitude so the positive indicators at the Central Statistics Agency of Palu City are good. 4) Similarity, perception in work which is one of the keys to the success of employees, has been carried out well. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture towards the performance of employee and the moderating role of information technology on the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of the Central Sulawesi Police Ditlantas office. This study applied quantitative descriptive analysis method and sampling technique through census sampling. The types of data used were quantitative and qualitative data, and the data sources were secondary data and primary data. Based on the results using the partial last square test, it shows that the organizational culture variable has an effect on employee performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction affects the employee performance and information technology variables mediate the relationship between organizational culture variables and job satisfaction on employee performance.
