Abstract

Achieving overall customer satisfaction is not easy because today's customers are increasingly educated and aware of their rights. In addition, each customer has a different level of satisfaction even though they need the same product. The process of fulfilling customer satisfaction does not only require quality products or services but also requires efforts that can increase the level of customer satisfaction. By identifying and measuring member satisfaction, several strategies can be determined to be decided next. Strategy is the steps that must be taken by a company to achieve its goals. This research was conducted at BMT Sunan Drajat Center with the aim of knowing the strategy and analyzing the supporting and inhibiting factors at BMT Sunan Drajat to increase customer satisfaction with wadi'ah contracts. BMT Sunan Drajat's strategy in increasing customer satisfaction with wadiah contracts is the absence of admin fees, the implementation of a ball pick-up system, the presence of SMS masking as a customer notification regarding transactions carried out by procuring bonuses or rewards for active customers with a mobile banking application to make it easier for customers to make transactions. The supporting and inhibiting factors experienced by BMT Sunan Drajat in an effort to increase customers with Wadi'ah contracts include the supporting factors, namely the Sunan Drajat Brand, which is of great interest to the public, strategic places that are easily accessible to customers. While the inhibiting factor is the number of customers who have become customers of BMT which existed before BMT Sunan Drajat.

Abstract

Seeing the considerable potential of ZIS at the Nurul Huda Mosque, the mosque administrators formed a management to make it easier to distribute ZIS funds to worshipers and people in need. Therefore, it is hoped that more and more mosques will establish Baitul Maal as a positive response to mosques in the development of the times so that they can prepare generations of nations who can manage and distribute ZIS funds properly and effectively with strong religious provisions. This research was conducted at the Nurul Huda Mosque, Ngimbang Village, Palang District, Tuban Regency with the aim: to find out how ZIS management (Zakat, Infaq and Shadaqoh) and the inhibiting and supporting factors for ZIS management (Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh) at the Nurul Huda mosque, Ngimbang Village, Palang District Tuban Regency. This research uses a descriptive approach which is a research method that describes the circumstances or situations that occur, so that the data collected is in the form of words and pictures. The results of this research are Zakat, infaq and shodaqoh funds that have been collected and then distributed to the people who are blessed to receive, the distribution is carried out twice a year, namely during the Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha holidays. The inhibiting factor for the management (ZIS) of zakat, infaq and shodaqoh at the Nurul Huda Mosque, Ngimbang Palang Tuban Village, is the lack of validity of the data that goes to the mosque administrators. Factors supporting the management (ZIS) of zakat, infaq and shodaqoh at the Nurul Huda Mosque, Ngimbang Palang Tuban Village, are trust from the community to manage funds that have been submitted to the mosque, optimism in carrying out tasks and mandates, and working with religious leaders and also the chaplain.

Abstract

The lack of public understanding of the products and services offered by Islamic financial institutions makes most people only see that the added value of Islamic financial institutions is halal and also aims to help others, many still think that Islamic financial institutions are the same as conventional financial institutions. Banjarwati Village Community is also a village with a Muslim community. This research was conducted in the people of Banjarwati Village, Paciran District, Lamongan Regency, which consisted of 5,825 residents with the aim of: to find out whether educational factors and religious behavior influence the use of Islamic financial institutions in the people of Banjarwati Village, Paciran District, Lamongan Regency. The number of respondents was 80 respondents. The sample collection technique uses the Simple Random Sampling method. Multiple Linear Regression analysis technique with SPSS 16.0 computer program. The results of this study show that partially the significance value of the education variable is 0.000 > 0.05 and the t count is 6.845 > t table 1.991 meaning that the education variable influences the use of Islamic financial institutions. Partially, the significance value of the religious behavior variable is 0.088 > 0.05 and the t count is 1.726 <t table 1.991 meaning that there is no influence from the religious behavior variable on the use of Islamic financial institutions. Simultaneously the calculated F value is greater than F table (31.130 > 3.106) and the significance value is α = 0.05 (0.000 <0.05) meaning that the variables of education and religious behavior together have a significant effect on the use of Islamic financial institutions.
