Abstract

Mojokerto regency, precisely on Jl. Mojokerto - Lamongan is one of the industrial areas due to the large number of factories or industries contained on the road section. At certain hours at the three-stroke intersection on Jl. Mojokerto-Lamongan - Jl. Raya Gedeg-Ploso, in some conditions the length of the vehicle queue that occurs almost reaches more than 100 meters. To provide solutions to problems at the intersection, it is necessary to conduct research and analysis. The method used to conduct the evaluation is to use the 2014 Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI). Data collection in this research case is to use the direct survey method in the field which is carried out within 3 days, namely Sunday, July 03, 2022, Monday, July 04, 2022, Thursday, July 07, 2022. As for the survey time, it is divided into 3 periods, namely morning at 06.00-08.00, afternoon at 11.00-13.00, afternoon at 16.00-18.00 with an observation time interval of 15 minutes. The results of the analysis carried out, it is known that the peak hours of the morning, afternoon, and evening occurred on Sundays with DJs of 1.02, 0.98, and 1.04. Meanwhile, the delays that occurred were 20.18 sec/skr, 18.05 sec/skr, and 20.89 sec/skr. The solution to this problem is the installation of APILL with a 2-phase scenario and geometric widening, then a Dj result of 0.75 <0.85, Delay of 14.08 det/skr < 15 det / skr with a service level of B.
