Abstract

This research is aimed to know whether the influence of the Malahayu’s reservoiras learning resources with  learning model of sains technology societyto student activity and learning outcomes on topic of  ecosystems at SMP N 4Banjarharjo. Malahayu’s reservoir had stunning natural potentials that can be used for learning, especially for the ecosystem topic. This type of  research was experimental research designed using a One shot case study. The sample of this research are class VIIA and VII C which amounts to 78 students. The results include learning outcomes, students activities, implementation learning model of sains technology society and student responses of learning. The result showed that the students are more active when learning in the first time implemented in Malahayu’s reservoir, in categories active n very active reached 81.5% in class VII A and 92.5% in class VII C. Learning outcomes of students in class VII A in the classical is 90% and 95% in class VII C. Based on the results and discussion is able to concluded that utilization of Malahayu’s reservoir as authentic learning resource with learning model of sains technology society take effect to learning outcomes of students and students activities. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh waduk malahayu sebagai sumber belajar dengan model pembelajaran Sains Teknologi Masyarakat terhadap aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa pada materi ekosistem di SMP N 4 Banjarharjo. Waduk Malahayu memiliki potensi alam yang mempesona yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk pembelajaran, terutama untuk materi ekosistem. Penelitian eksperimental ini menggunakan desain One shot case study. Sampel yang digunakan adalah kelas VII A dan VII C yang berjumlah 78 siswa. Hasil penelitian meliputi hasil belajar, aktivitas siswa, keterlaksanaan model pembelajaran STM dengan sumber belajar waduk, tanggapan siswa terhadap proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa lebih aktif ketika pembelajaran pada pertemuan pertama dilaksanakan di waduk Malahayu, pada kategori aktif dan sangat aktif mencapai 81.5% di kelas VII A dan 92.5% di kelas VII C. Hasil belajar siswa di kelas VII A secara klasikal 90% dan 95% di kelas VII C. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan waduk Malahayu sebagai sumber belajar dengan model pembelajaran STM berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa dan aktivitas siswa.

Abstract

Jaring Asmara were carried out after Regional Regulation drafting was completed by both the executive and the legislative. This research carried out an empirical legal research approach.The results of the research in Malang, Pasuruan and Tulungagung showed that Jaring Asmara activities produced the first few records, all inputs (proposals) from stakeholders were not always fulfilled, especially those that were against the wishes (legal politics) by the legislators. Both things are definitely fulfilled by the legislator when it comes to new policies, information on new legislation, information on new technical procedures. From these findings, it shows that Jaring Asmara is actually a tool to provide opportunities for the community in guarding the formation of a regional regulation to be a little functional (not optimal). Likewise the existence of the thought theory of Philip Nonet and Philip Selznick which is the motor of forming responsive legislation has no effect at all. Jaring Asmara is nothing more than a ceremonial activity where the target is only to drop procedures. It is hoped that in the first year this study will find out the influence of implementing the Jaring Asmara in the formation of participatory local regulations to resolve the problem.
