Abstract

The mosque must have several imams to lead the prayers and perform Friday prayers. Indeed, pilgrims have their favorite imam out of many for Friday prayers. The Baiturrahman Tebing Syahbandar Mosque has 25 imams for Friday prayers. The diversity of the character of each imam causes the congregation to find it difficult to determine the favorite Friday prayer imam in terms of the specified criteria. Therefore, a decision support system is needed to determine the favorite Friday prayer imam. The MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization based on Ratio Analysis) method is used in this study to help mosque managers increase the number of worshipers attending Friday prayers and at the same time determine their favorite Friday prayer imam. This study resulted in a decision support system using the MOORA method to determine the favorite Friday prayer imam at the Baiturrahman Tebing Syahbandar Mosque
