Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji budaya sekolah yang sesuai bagi penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka dan model kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah yang sesuai bagi pembentukan budaya sekolah. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan, yakni mendalami berbagai sumber pustaka untuk merumuskan budaya sekolah yang cocok bagi Kurikulum Merdeka dan menguraikan model kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dalam rangka menciptakan budaya sekolah yang dibutuhkan. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan dari berbagai sumber tersebut, ditemukan bahwa budaya sekolah yang dibutuhkan untuk penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka adalah: hubungan yang akrab dan terbuka antarwarga sekolah, budaya kolaboratif ke dalam dan ke luar, tansparan-berbasis data, eksploratif, dan reflektif. Sementara peran transformasional kepala sekolah dalam membentuk budaya-budaya tersebut adalah membuka ruang-ruang diskusi dan kolaborasi yang melibatkan semua, memberi kebebasan kepada guru dan siswa untuk bereksplorasi, mengapresiasi semua pencapaian dan mengevaluasi kegagalan, mengedepankan transparansi dalam segala hal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work environment on the performance of employees of the production department at PT. MNC GS Homeshopping. The research method used is quantitative with random sampling method and using SPSS 26 program by collecting data through questionnaires distributed using google form. The number of samples used in the following survey is 78 respondents from 80 employees of the production department with a total population of 300 employees of PT. MNC GS Homeshopping. The results obtained that the workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance on the contrary, the work environment has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. The findings of this study can be used as a reference for PT. MNC GS Homeshopping to distribute the workload evenly.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance at Holiday Inn Kemayoran Jakarta. This study uses a field research method with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted with the employee analysis unit of Hotel Holiday Inn Kemayoran Jakarta, with a sample of 50 people. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with saturation sampling technique obtained by 50 respondents, the data collection technique is a questionnaire. The data processing method uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis test using spss version 26. tcount 0,916 < ttable 2,01174. Organizational culture has an effect on employee performance partially with the results of the t test, namely the significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and the tcount value of 5.437 > ttable 2.01174. Leadership style and organizational culture affect employee performance simultaneously with the results of the f test, namely the significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and the Fcount 37.562> Ftable 3.19.
