Abstract

This study explored the linkages between employee engagement, motivation, satisfaction, and retention in entrepreneurial enterprises within the beverage MSME industry in Bogor City. A quantitative research design was used to collect data from 278 employees working in entrepreneurial enterprises within the beverage MSME industry in Bogor City. The study found that employee engagement, motivation, and satisfaction were positively correlated with employee retention and collectively predicted employee retention in the beverage MSME industry in Bogor City. The study also found that employee perceptions of leadership, organizational culture, and job autonomy significantly influenced engagement, motivation, satisfaction, and retention. These findings suggest that businesses in the beverage MSME industry in Bogor City could benefit from investing in strategies and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and satisfaction to promote employee retention. The study’s findings have implications for public policy and regulatory frameworks related to the beverage MSME industry in Bogor City and highlight the potential impact of external factors such as economic conditions, political instability, and technological advancements on employee retention.

Abstract

This study describes tourist perceptions of the quality of MSME products and services in Ciletuh Sukabumi Geopark tourist destinations. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method using a structured questionnaire to 200 tourist respondents visiting the Ciletuh Sukabumi Geopark. The collected data is then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and factor analysis to determine the factors influencing travelers' perceptions. The results showed that most respondents positively assessed the quality of MSME products and services in the Ciletuh Sukabumi Geopark. However, several aspects need to be improved, such as product quality and product variations offered. Based on factor analysis, the most influential factor on tourist perception is product quality, followed by service quality and product variety. The results of this study have significant ramifications for tourism destination managers and MSMEs in the Ciletuh Sukabumi Geopark, who want to raise the caliber of their goods and services to satisfy visitors' demands and expectations. Additionally, as part of a strategy for sustainable tourism development, this research can help policymakers in the tourism industry pay more attention to the growth of MSMEs in tourist destinations.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of pollution and transportation on public health in Jakarta, Indonesia. Data was collected from a cross-sectional survey of 500 residents in Jakarta, including measurements of exposure to air and noise pollution, transportation behavior, and health status. The results showed that the use of private transportation was associated with higher exposure to air and noise pollution, while the use of public transportation was associated with lower exposure. Exposure to pollution has also been linked to poor health outcomes such as respiratory and cardiovascular diseases and mental health problems. The findings highlight the need for measures to reduce pollution exposure and promote the use of public transport and active modes of transport to improve public health in Jakarta. More research is needed to investigate the long-term impacts of pollution and transport on public health and to identify effective interventions to reduce those impacts.

Abstract

Studi penelitian ini mengkaji dampak penerapan teknologi virtual reality (VR) dalam pembelajaran matematika di kalangan siswa sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Sukabumi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian dengan metode campuran, yang menggabungkan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Komponen kuantitatif melibatkan penilaian pra dan pasca tes untuk mengukur pencapaian matematika siswa, sedangkan komponen kualitatif terdiri dari wawancara dan observasi untuk mengumpulkan wawasan tentang motivasi, keterlibatan, dan sikap siswa terhadap matematika ketika memanfaatkan teknologi VR. Metodologi penelitian ini melibatkan pemilihan sampel yang representatif dari siswa sekolah dasar dari Kabupaten Sukabumi yang belum pernah terpapar teknologi VR dalam pengajaran matematika. Lingkungan belajar VR akan dikembangkan, menggabungkan simulasi interaktif dan representasi visual dari konsep-konsep matematika. Data akan dikumpulkan melalui tes awal dan tes akhir, kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi kelas. Hasilnya akan dianalisis secara kuantitatif untuk menentukan dampak teknologi VR terhadap prestasi matematika siswa. Analisis kualitatif akan memberikan wawasan tentang motivasi, keterlibatan, dan sikap siswa terhadap matematika ketika memanfaatkan teknologi VR. Temuan ini akan berkontribusi pada bidang pendidikan matematika dengan memberikan bukti empiris tentang efektivitas VR dalam konteks sekolah dasar dan menginformasikan praktik dan kebijakan pendidikan di Kabupaten Sukabumi.

Abstract

Sebagai respons terhadap perubahan kebutuhan di era modern, pendidikan kewirausahaan berada di garis depan dalam perbincangan ilmiah. Untuk menjelaskan keadaan penelitian pendidikan kewirausahaan, penelitian ini menggunakan analisis bibliometrik yang menyeluruh, berkonsentrasi pada pertumbuhan, inovasi, dan kemungkinan di masa depan. Studi ini mencakup berbagai pendekatan, karya-karya penting dalam subjek, isu-isu penting, dan perkembangan sejarah. Melalui analisis menyeluruh terhadap tren penerbitan, pola kutipan, kolaborasi kepenulisan, dan kemunculan kata kunci, studi ini menawarkan pemahaman yang canggih tentang karakteristik penelitian yang kompleks tentang pendidikan kewirausahaan. Analisis bibliometrik menunjukkan bahwa hasil akademis telah mengalami tren peningkatan selama 20 tahun terakhir, menyoroti pengakuan yang semakin meningkat akan pentingnya pendidikan kewirausahaan. Artikel-artikel penting dari Barney, Sen dan Bhattacharya, Covin dan Slevin, dan yang lainnya merupakan karya-karya penting yang telah membentuk dasar-dasar teoritis dan empiris dari bidang ini. Sementara kelompok tematik seperti pendidikan bisnis dan data besar, peluang kewirausahaan dan kewirausahaan sosial, keberlanjutan, dan transformasi digital menawarkan gambaran sekilas tentang lanskap penelitian yang beragam, jaringan kolaborasi yang mencakup lembaga-lembaga global mencerminkan upaya kolektif untuk memajukan pendidikan kewirausahaan.
