Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pendidikan kewirausahaan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan business center berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa SMK N 2 Semarang kelas XI Pemasaran baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI jurusan kompetensi keahlian pemasaran pada tahun 2015/2016 yang berjumlah 100 siswa dan teknik sampling menggunakan sample populasi karena jumlah responden tidak lebih dari 100. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan business center berpengaruh secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan dan pelakasanaan kegiatan business center berpengaruh secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa SMK N 2 Semarang kelas XI Pemasaran. Saran yang diberikan untuk memaksimalkan minat berwirausaha siswa, maka perlu ditingkatkan kedisiplinan siswa pada kegiatan jaga business center. Sehingga siswa lebih maksimal dalam melaksanaan kegiatan business center.

Abstract

Pati is one regency that has the population with labor problems that is unemployment, and in 2013 Pati is a regency / city in Central Java with the fourth rank of unemployment rate. This research aims to make some program alternatives and to determine which alternative program that can be prioritized by the Government of Pati Regency in reducing the unemployment rate. The research uses the primary and secondary data. The analytical method used is Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP) and it is processed using the expert choice version 9.0. The result of research indicates that the efforts to reduce the unemployment rate in Pati Regency can be prioritized on the criterion: (1) empowering the people, and followed by (2) the capital from the investors, and (3) the empowerment of economic business. And the priority scale from the entire program alternatives of unemployment problem solving is a program to improve the rural community empowerment. The advice that can be given from this research is that the Government of Pati Regency should continuously conduct the job training and coaching to improve the quality and skills of the labors and also should increase the job opportunities, and also should improve and perform the continuous improvement program of increasing the community empowerment so that the rural communities may have good quality to be able to compete with other labors.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan citra merek koperasi terhadap kepuasan anggota Koperasi Purnakaryawan Listrik Negara (PURLINA) Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota Koperasi Purnakaryawan Listrik Negara (PURLINA) Semarang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 85 anggota. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, kuesioner, dokumentasi dan kepustakaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) versi 19.Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan citra merek memberikan pengaruh terhadap kepuasn anggota koperasi purnakaryawan listrik Negara (PURLINA) semarang baik secara parsial dan simultan.The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of service quality and brand image of the cooperative to satisfaction of members of PURLINA’s cooperation Semarang. Population in this study is all of members of PURLINA’s cooperation Semarang. Sampel in this study is using non probability sampling which the number of sampel is 85 members. The using method in collecting the data are interview, questionnaire, documentation and literature. The analysis method of the data are descriptive analysis and multiple regresi linear analysis with the assistance of statistical package program for social science verse 19. The result of this study shows that the service quality and brand image influence on the satisfaction of members of both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract
