Abstract

Pengembangan teknologi informasi pada bidang kesehatan sangat berkembang pesat. Salah satunya pada kegiatan peresepan obat pada lembaga kesehatan seperti Puskesmas dan Rumah Sakit. Banyaknya proses peresepan obat yang dikirimkan secara online dan bersifat terbuka, dapat bisa menyebabkan masalah pencurian pada data resep obat oleh orang tidak berwenang sehingga menimbulkan kerugian bagi pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menerapkan Algoritma Vigenere Cipher untuk sistem enkripsi pada proses peresepan obat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (research and development) yang akan menghasilkan sebuah produk yang telah diteliti, dirancang, diproduksi, dan diuji validitasnya secara ilmiah. Implementasi sistem ini menggunakan kriptografi pada data peresepan obat menggunakan Algoritma Vigenere Cipher dengan melakukan proses enkripsi dan dekripsi. Hasil dari penelitian ini penerapan data resep obat dengan menggunakan Algoritma Vigener Cipher telah berhasil merahasiakan resep dengan benar.

Abstract

Irrigation is an effort to provide, regulate and distribute irrigation water. The Cirompang Irrigation Area is located in Bungbulang District, Garut Regency, West Java Province, with a functional area of 847 Ha, covering the service area of 4 (four) villages, namely Cihikeu Village, Bungbulang Village, Margalaksana Village and Hanjuang Village, Bungbulang District. The location of the Cirompang Irrigation Area Weir is in the village of Cintarasa, Samarang sub-district. The availability of water in the upstream, downstream and main network areas during the planting season I to planting season III is felt to be sufficient but in the middle areas the availability of water is reduced or it can be said to be non-existent due to reduced water potential and there are damaged irrigation networks and accumulation of sedimentation which results in obstruction of water flow. The Cirompang secondary canal experienced moderate to moderate damage, there was accumulation of mud or sedimentation which affected the flow of water and besides that there was also a lack of personal O&M officers in the field such as irrigation officers, weir operation officers, water gate officers and workers who have so far relied on participation. water user farmers (P3A/GP3A). The research method was carried out by direct observation in the field, interviews and secondary data analysis. Calculation of the real need for operation and maintenance is needed to determine the O&M funding and priority recommendations proposed to increase the value of irrigation system performance appraisal (IKSI). The results of the IKSI assessment for the Cirompang irrigation area, the combined index value is in the bad criteria, namely with a weight value of 48.14%, meaning that the irrigation network requires rehabilitation of the irrigation system and needs immediate treatment. 117,626,150.00 In addition, O&M financing in Cirompang for the last 3 years is still far from ideal conditions, namely an average of only 10% of AKNOP. Efforts to increase the water discharge, it is suggested for the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Garut Regency is to increase the budget allocation, empower the participation of water-using farmers and rehabilitate irrigation networks.

Abstract

Cost overruns are a common phenomenon observed in construction projects around the world. This is one of the biggest challenges experienced in the construction industry which leads to an over budget, and directly affects the gross domestic product (GDP) of the country. This study aims to identify factors that significantly contribute to cost overruns for road network projects in Egypt during the implementation phase. The survey was conducted to determine the most critical factors affecting cost overrun for road network development projects. The results showed that the main factors causing cost overruns were inaccurate cost estimates, design modifications, quantity changes, order variations, political interference, inflation, specification changes, and scope of work changes.

Abstract

Micro hydro power plants (PLTMH) are small-scale power plants that are generally built in places that are not touched by the electricity network but the area has sufficient water potential to generate electrical energy. The Puncak Regency of Central Papua is surrounded by mountains and valleys. The only way of transportation is the air route. The condition of Puncak district is also known as a conflict-prone area, so road access is not yet connected between regencies, so currently in and out using the air way. The existing PLTMH can be managed properly so that the community and district government can carry out their activities as usual. For the sake of the progress of the beloved Puncak Regency, it is one of the responsibilities for the community, the government, community leaders and security to take care of it together so that the area we love can progress.
