Abstract

Tourism is one of the leading business sectors that continues to develop in academic studies. This study aims to reveal a model of tourism activity development in supporting community business improvement in the Biroro Bontolerung River Area, Gowa Regency. The method applied is descriptive-qualitative with unit analysis of product resources and social resources at the research site. This research has identified the concept of tourism activities that are suitable to be developed in the Biroro Bontolerung River Area based on the concept of experiential tourism. Furthermore, this research has resulted in mapping the interests and interests of relevant stakeholders, to be studied further in making development decisions for the government and the community.

Abstract

Kecenderungan birokrasi dan birokratisasi pada masyarakat modern benar-benar dipandang memprihatinkan, sehingga digambarkan adanya ramalan mengenai makin menggejalanya dan berkembangnya praktek-praktek birokrasi yang paling rasionalpun tidak bisa lagi dianggap sebagai kabar menggembirakan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Leadership Commitment dan Work Culture Terhadap Kinerja Birokrasi Melalui Good Governance di Pemerintah Daerah. Metode dalam artikel ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan studi literature atau Library Research. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah menganalisis teori-teori yang ada dengan melihat perbandiangannya pada teori-teori sebelumnya pada literature hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian Leadership Commitment berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja birokrasi melalui Good Governance di Pemerintah Daerah dan Work Culture berpengaruh positif Terhadap Kinerja Birokrasi Melalui Good Governance di Pemerintah Daerah.

Abstract

Employee performance is the result of work carried out in quantity and quality in carrying out work that is the duty and responsibility of employees. The behavior and actions taken by an employee will affect the achievement of the organization. One example is the willingness of employees to voluntarily assist other employees, commonly known as the concept of Organizational Citizenship Behavior. In addition, job satisfaction is also related to the performance shown by employees. The more satisfied they are with their work, the employees will improve their performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and job satisfaction on the employee performance of CV Sabillah Bone. The research method uses quantitative research with a descriptive design. Research begins in March-April 2023 at CV. Sabillah in Bone Regency, South Sulawesi. The number of samples used were 46 employees who were taken using the total sampling technique. Data collection was measured using a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was filled directly by the respondents. Data were analyzed using a hypothesis testing test that began with the F test (ANOVA), t test, and analysis of the Coefficient of Determination (R2). The test results show that Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance. Therefore, employees must maintain an attitude of always caring to their work surroundings. This situation can be in the form of employee concern or sensitivity to co-workers.

Abstract

The study aimed to assess the financial performance of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk for the 2017-2019 period based on the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Number: KEP-100/MBU/2002.The data collection technique used was documentation, analyzing financial reports for the specified period. The results indicated that in 2017, the company's financial performance was categorized as "unwell" with a rating of BBB. In 2018, it was also classified as "unwell" with a rating of BB. In 2019, PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk was predicted to be in the "unwell" category with a rating of BBB. These assessments were based on predetermined indicators outlined in the aforementioned decree. The findings aim to provide valuable insights and information for the company to enhance its financial performance in the future.
