Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengamati, mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis mengenai (1) kondisi guru TIK di SMA Negeri 4 Tegal, (2) pemahaman guru TIK SMA Negeri 4 Tegal tentang Kurikulum 2013, (3) peran guru TIK dalam Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 di SMA Negeri 4 Tegal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, studi dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Guru TIK di SMA Negeri 4 yang berjumlah 2 orang dalam implementasi kurikulum 2013 yang mana kualifikasinya telah terlatih dengan mengikuti pelatihan Kurikulum 2013 namun dalam kenyataanya pemahaman mengenai kurikulum 2013 masih belum memadai dan dalam pelaksanaan peranan barunya sesuai Permendikbud No.68 Tahun 2014 belum terlaksana dengan baik karena baru berjalan beberapa aspek saja. This study aims to observe, describe and analyze (1) ICT teacher conditions at SMAN 4 Tegal, (2) Teh extend to wich teachers understanding of ICT SMAN 4 Tegal on Curriculum 2013, (3) their understanding a role as ICT teacher at school on the omplementation Curriculum, 2013 . This study used a qualitative approach case study. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, documentary study and observation. ICT teacher at SMAN 4, amounting to 2 people in the implementation of the curriculum in 2013 in which his qualifications had been trained by the training curriculum in 2013, but in fact the teachers already meet the academic qualification but still lack of understanding about curriculum 2013 including their practice in the class.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penambahan Bahan Kimia Obat (BKO) ke dalam jamu dapat membahayakan kesehatan penggunanya. Fenolftalein merupakan salah satu senyawa kimia yang berpotensi ditambahkan ke dalam jamu pelangsing karena sifat laksatifnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis keberadaan fenolftalein pada lima jamu pelangsing lokal (A,B,C,D,E) dan lima jamu pelangsing impor (F,G,H,I,J). Pengujian meliputi: pemeriksaan keabsahan registrasi dan kemasan, analisis kualitatif dan kuatitatif fenolftalein. Analisis kualitatif dilakukan dengan reaksi warna menggunakan NaOH 0,1 N, membandingkan kromatogram hasil KCKT dan spektrum UV sampel dengan pembanding. Analisis kuantitatif dilakukan dengan spektrofotometri UV. Hasil penelusuran di situs BPOM  dari kesepuluh sampel hanya sampel E yang teregistrasi. Hasil reaksi warna, analisis kromatogram dengan HPLC dan analisis dengan Spektrofotometri UV-visible menunjukkan bahwa sampel F positif mengandung fenolftalein dengan kadar 47,133±0,0058%. Penggunaan fenolftalein jangka panjang dapat memicu kanker dan menyebabkan mutasi pada DNA. Kata kunci : jamu pelangsing, fenolftalein, bahan kimia obat ABSTRACT The addition of chemicals compounds into herbal medicine may be harmful to the health of users. Phenolphthalein is one of the chemical compounds that potentially is added into the herbal slimming because its laxative effect. This study aimed to analyze the presence of phenolphthalein in five local herbal slimming (A, B, C, D, E) and five import herbal slimming (F, G, H, I, J). The tests included examination of the validity of registration and packaging, qualitative and quantitative analysis of phenolphthalein. Qualitative analysis method that was used is color reaction using NaOH 0.1 N, comparing the results of the HPLC chromatogram and UV spectrum of the sample with reference standard. Quantitative analysis was performed by UV spectrophotometry. The result of searching on website BPOM, from ten samples only E samples were registered. The results of testing with the color reaction, HPLC and UV spectrophotometry showed that the sample F positive contain phenolphtalein with concentration 47,133 ± 0.005% b/b. Long-term use of phenolphthalein may cause cancer and cause mutations to DNA. Keywords    : herbal slimming, phenolptalein, chemical compounds
