Abstract

The Regional Secretariat of the Regional Welfare Office of Tuban Regency is the office that processes the submission of grants and incentives proposals, and other proposals. According to the results of interviews conducted by researchers with one of the Welfare employees, the Welfare office manages 1,312 institutions, 11,200 teachers, and 154,000 students, and processing reports can take 7 to 14 working days. In addition to the length of processing reports, there are often mismatched or unspecified addresses that make it difficult for Welfare employees to come to the TPQ. Based on these problems, a mobile application for verification and submission of an TPQ proposal based on Android was developed. This app uses GPS, camera, and Firebase functionality to make it easier to submit proposals. GPS is used to find out the exact point of the location of the TPQ or proposed event. Cameras are used to capture image of ongoing events. Firebase is used to store data that has been inputted. From the results of black box testing, it is known that the validity value of the functionality of this application is 100%. Then from the results of the efficiency of this application, it is known that the longest difference between the examiner and the researcher is 22.5 seconds. In usability testing this application gets a success rate of 96.29% for admins and 100% for institutions, when the usability test is calculated using the System Usability Scale (SUS) this application gets a score of 86.94 for admins and 89.26 for institutions, both scores are acceptable. in the acceptability ranges category, also get grade B, if using adjective ratings and will enter the Excellent category.
