During the Covid-19 pandemic, clinics experienced a decrease in the number of patient visits. One of the reasons was that people still had a fear of coming for treatment at clinics and generally carried out independent treatment at home by buying drugs without a prescription at pharmacies. The aim of this activity was to form palliative care cadres in the community that will provide integrated services under the guidance of the Sitti Khadijah 'Aisyiya Clinic. The method in this community service program is to train community-based palliative care cadres. In this training, the method used is through interpersonal interaction methods, in this case conducting interpersonal communication about Islamic-based palliative care materials, and playing roles on how to manage community-based palliative care and communication techniques/psychospiritual support for palliative patients, then followed by a visual simulation of basic wound care for palliative patients. The results have formed 20 community-based palliative care cadres in the working area of the Sitti Khadijah 'Aisyiyah Clinic. These cadres have conducted home visits to their respective communities with the palliative team at the clinic for palliative patients. The results of the activity evaluation showed that there was an increase in the respondents' knowledge of 62.34% of the participants' initial knowledge. It is hoped that with this community cadre, palliative patients will get continuous service after receiving treatment at the clinic.
